Pros:

La ubicación y la atención del recepcionista

Cons:

La habitación estaba con olor a sucio el baño estaba súper mal oliente y el colchón de la cama era ya muy viejo. Las sábanas y las almohadas olían a mugre . Además se decía que no era de fumar pero olía a cigarro.se debería poner más atención en la limpieza y renovar lo viejo , la TV era muy vieja y no funcionaba el internet nunca funcionó.

The cleaning crew doesn't do a good job; the place stinks.

Cons:

What I didn't like was that I asked for extra towels but didn't get any; there were two of us, yet they only left one towel. The pillows were stained and smelled disgusting, and we couldn't sleep because the bed and mattresses reeked.

Fantastic
Pros:

The man that greeted us , was very attentive and kind , it was my wife’s birthday I had bought a cake , but forgot the plate’s and forks. He managed to come up with some snd saved my behind . This man is the best customer service I have had in a long time .

I didn’t feel comfortable, I didn’t stay at all. There were small bugs on the bed unrecognizable, but I refuse to stay .

That it was a reasonable price.

Cons:

I didn’t like the smell of cigarette smoke and there was no shower curtain on the shower. It felt very unsafe a lot of loitering.

Staff was nice

Cons:

The toilet handle to flush broke and never got fixed and no room change was offered. Rooms got smaller barley had any walking room and felt much darker in lighting since changing from motel 6. The room is too expensive for what is offered and has no noise canceling. Can hear everything from outside to people upstairs and downstairs makes it impossible to sleep especially since the cleaning staff starts to go around the rooms early and can hear everything. Room prices are high ,$350+ for 2 nights is ridiculous. Amenities look old almost like they kept everything from motel 6 and just changed the name to try to make it more expensive but it was in all honesty terrible. I had better experience when it was motel 6.it was great as a motel 6 to fix what wasn’t broken. If you’re going to change the name to try to compete with the other hotels in town then you have a long way to go cause it’s worse now I’ve been there 4 times prior to the name change with no problems after this stay Im never going back the only good part is the location and even then there isn’t anything to do in Watsonville besides target
