While the rest of the hotel was standard, I was highly disappointed with the fitness center. I booked this hotel primarily for its gym facilities, but I was told to use the gym at the Milani Hotel next door. However, as you can see in my photos, it barely had four pieces of equipment that didn't even function properly as gym gear, let alone a single dumbbell.

Comodità al centro.
Pros:

Posizione ottima per muoversi. Staff accogliente. Colazione buona e ricca.

Cons:

Mancava il kit cortesia per la seconda persona. I dispenser del sapone e della crema corpo erano esauriti. La mia richiesta di un secondo cuscino non è stata eseguita, nonostante mi sia stato chiesto in fase di check-in online.

Die Lage und das freundliche Personal

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Handwerkspersonal haben immer wieder den Gästeaufzug blockiert anstatt den Personalaufzug zu benutzen und haben sich dann noch schlecht benommen wenn man sie darauf ansprach

Bom hotel perto da estação de trens.
Pros:

Bem localizado, pertinho da estação de trens Termini, boa cama, bom banho, limpeza, silencioso.

Cons:

Achei desagradável o fato de por engano eu ter feito a reserva de 2 quartos em duplicidade, e eles se negarem a fazer a retificação. Resultado: 2 casais em quatro quartos. Não faz sentido tratar o cliente assim.
