Fijn hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Goed bed en goed ontbijt vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Ze hadden benenden in de wc een lekkage gehad en was nog open gebroken beter een briefje ophangen van lekkage gehad vandaar het plafon open. Miste toch wel de bar waar je wat kon drinken

Hat seinen Zweck sehr gut erfüllt.
Pros:

Direkt an der Innenstadt, Parkplatz mit reservieren direkt im Innenhof, abgeschlossen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ansprechend.
Bis auf das knarzende Bett war alles echt angenehm.

Cons:

Das knarzende und sehr schmale Bett war etwas unkomfortabel, sehr unpraktisch für zwei Personen.

Poziția aproape de centru, gara...Salteaua la pat bună.

Cons:

Uscătorul de păr defect. Suporturile din baie rupte. Micul dejun bun, dar același in fiecare zi. Seara târziu se încuie și trebuie sa aștepți mult pana deschide.

Merkezde gezilecek yerlere yakın en güzeli tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Kahvaltısı iyiydi birde terlik vermeleri çok iyi.

HORRIBLE CHAMBRE 9 EN BORD DE RUE SUR LE TROTTOIR

Notre chambre numéro 9 est situé sur le trottoir en bord de route, avec le bruits des passants et des autos, les gens squattent le devant de la porte pour se mettre a l'abri pour discuter ou téléphoner, la porte d'entrée donne directement sur la rue, elle a au moins 2 a 3cm de jour en bas de porte qui laisse passer tout le froid. Nous avions fait 12 heures de route pour Dortmund et nous pensions bien dormir, mais dès 5h30, le bruit et le froid nous on réveillé.
j'ai réservé pour 3 adultes (1 couple et notre fils de 25 ans et un petit chien précisé dans la résa) ce dernier à dormi sur une banquette aménagé et non un lit dont le pied du bas s'est replié dans la nuit...mon fils fait 1.84m
Il est impossible d'aérer la chambre, la fenêtre donne directement sur le trottoir, des panneaux occultants sont collés sur les vitres de façon à ne pas laisser rentrer la lumière, nous sommes restés dans le noir et avec les lumières éclairées dans la journée.
Nous sommes venus pour le cadeau d'anniversaire de notre fils pour ses 25 ans pour le match Inter Milan/Dortmund
en rentrant du match ce mercredi 28/01 vers 23h dans notre chambre, nous avons "résisté" jusqu'à 3h du matin avec trop de bruits et nous avons dû quitté l'hôtel à 3h30 pour fuir cet hôtel où il nous a été impossible de dormir.
j'ai réservé depuis le 30 octobre 2025 et réglé au total 510€ les 2 nuits soit 255€/nuit
J'ai demandé à changé de chambre dès notre arrivée car cela ne correspond pas du tout à nos attentes ..
Cela nous à gâché le séjour
j'ai tenté de joindre Booking qui n'est pas intervenu, car malgré mon numéro de réservation, date, et nom ;;il manquait le code pin ?? et le répondeur géré par IA n'a pas reconnu notre résa ..incroyable !
