Third stay here and found the place much better than previously. I attribute the improvements to the latest manager, Jeff. I don't know whether he did the work himself or allocated to help but I thank him/them! I will be happy to stay again :)
Jeff the manager was kind and checking went fine. The entire place smells of very strong marijuana. The fire alarm is disconnected. The battery fire alarm is ripped off the wall and in a broken dresser drawer. The fire annunciator is stuffed with toilet paper.
The front desk/ manager was great. Very friendly. But the room hasn't seen a vacuumed cleaner in months. Drawers were broken and off the tracks. Slider door jam filled with flies, spiders and cob webs. Price was too cheap, maybe raise your price and hire a maid.
Clean and good for my pet
Great value
My handicap room was filthy dirty. 2 chairs in the room nasty stains. Tile floor had hair balls blowing across, bath/shower dirty and disgusting, i only sat my things down on hard surfaces. Hotel property is run down and poor condition looks like it should have been torn down years ago.
They could really use another employee so there is always someone available at the front counter. Place was clean, but could some maintenance done on a few things.
Staff member was nice, I had no problems with that, but the casino and dining were closed with no mention of that at booking. The rooms were also only half clean. Beds were made fresh towels etc.. but the floors were unclean even on the bathroom tile like it hadn’t been swept or mopped, and the toilet seat had stuff on it.
The hotel looks like it was getting ready to be torn down. Sadly someone in our party ended up with bed bug bites all over and we were all super disgusted.
I feel like there should be some compensation. It was disgusting. We weren’t expecting The Ritz but we were expecting clean!
Desperately needs a deep cleaning and remodel but it is clean enough for one night when driving through
They are reopening this hotel so but there is work being done on the restaurant, and other parts of the hotel. But the management is awesome!
I will stay here again.
Service was perfect but rooms need some upgrades
Service was top notch and friendly. We were given a room that was close to some neighbours that were a little bit loud, and Jeff didn’t hesitate all to get us a quieter spot in the hotel. It was so awesome. We greatly appreciate that so much. Thank you, Jeff!
I it was great
Great price. Friendly staff.
Jeff was great. Motel undergoing some fun improvements.
Parking and nice staff
We arrived late and were at the hotel one night only. We chose it because it is dog friendly and on our way from NorCal to Yellowstone. Poor front desk guy is a maintenance person and was filling in for the manager who had just quit. He was doing his absolute best and I felt for him, having to juggle ALL the work of running a hotel. Place was clean and comfortable enough but was sooo run down. I would stay again and would recommend to other one-night stay travelers but only if you have a dog and there is no other hotel around to accommodate you.
Reception guy was nice
The only good thing was that the bed seemed clean. There was no phone, no coffee, no alarm clock. The hair dryer was broken, the towels and carpet were terribly stained, and the entire building was dilapidated. Anytime someone closed their door, the entire building would shake.
