Very nice location
The swimming pool was not clean. I was very disappointed
My hubby and I have stayed at this location before and we choose this hotel because we travel with our Torte cat.
It is the perfect budget spot for your specific routine because it offers: No Pet Fees: Up to two pets (including both cats and dogs) stay completely free. Complimentary Morning Coffee: Freshly brewed hot coffee is served right at the front desk daily. Hiking Proximity: It is a flat, scenic walk right over to the iconic Morro Rock and Morro Rock Beach.

I am beyond disappointed and upset! These rooms are not properly cleaned, sanitized, or even maintained AS THE LAW REQUIRES! For $260+ for one night, I would at the very least expect a safe, clean, and sanitized room with a continental breakfast! The bathtub is dingy and the toilet is disgusting, to say the least, not to mention unsafe because it isn't even attached to the floor! It literally moves when you sit on it. 🤢 The toilet seat has yellow staining because it's not cleaned properly or sanitized! (See photos.) I had to personally wipe down the toilet seat with Clorox wipes! The restroom also wasn't stocked properly. They had two large towels and two small hand towels for 4 guests. They only provide one and a half rolls of toilet paper and the cheapest toilet paper you could get, and they don't provide complimentary soaps! Fortunately, I always bring my own toiletries just in case, and my own towels. The beds were also disgusting! While inspecting for bed bugs, as I usually do in every hotel, even if it's high-end, I immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. The sheets are yellowish from not washing and sanitizing them as the law requires. There were hairs from previous guests who slept on the beds, and they smelled like they hadn't been changed for a while. This is a hotel! So many different people sleep here and perhaps have intimacy on these beds! That's DISGUSTING!!! I immediately called the guy at the service desk to bring me fresh sheets, which he begrudgingly did. The only reason why we didn't leave is because all the other hotels within an hour were completely booked for the weekend, and we were exhausted from being at the beach all day and we needed a shower! Besides all that, the rooms are very small, even for two full-size beds, which is the only option they have for 3+ guests.

Es hat den Charakter eines Motels mit Strandlage. Das Schwimmbecken ist klein und wenig ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind sauber, wenn auch teils verschlissen. Das das Bett direkt auf Höhe des sehr breiten Fensters ist, führt dazu, dass die Vorhänge geschlossen werden sollten, wenn man im Zimmer ist. Dafür kann das Auto direkt vor dem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss geparkt werden.
Wer keinen Luxus sondern Einfachheit erwartet und akzeptieren kann, ist hier sehr zufrieden.
Zimmermöbel und Wände und Tür haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren.
Breites Fenster als einzige Lichtquelle auf Höhe des Bettes.

I like the location of this motel, we are able to walk to town if we wanted and it is also walking distance to the beach
The phone didn’t work in the room had to go to front desk to ask for an iron and ironing board. They handed it to me so I had to take it to my room not an issue for me but if it was someone older they may need help with that.
