Cockroach infestation – Unsafe and unacceptable

Cons:

I stayed in room 137 and the room was infested with cockroaches. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard.

I have photo and video evidence of multiple cockroaches inside the room. Due to these conditions, I was unable to stay comfortably.

This situation made the room unsafe and unsanitary, and it should not be allowed in any hotel. I am requesting a full refund for my stay.

My son left his $400 Nintendo switch in the room after we had already checked out and left the property. I called about
Cons:

People who work there are very scandalous. I feel like if you forget things in the rooms after you leave, they keep those belongings to themselves especially if it's worth money. Also found roaches in the room as soon as we got in and they were booked and couldn't give us another room. Not only that, I had to wait for the next day to get my refund. Very uncomfortable stay.

Bad service
Cons:

I paid for a 2 queen beds and was given a single bed. Tryed to check in at night but id scanner didn't work so I had to come back in the morning when the office open. So I lost an entire night and the staff at the front desk were rude and had bad customer service.
