we walked into a room full of roaches (ceilings, floor, bathroom), including a couple of crushed bugs which means the cleaner had seen it and left it that way

We had to leave and get a different room assigned. Front desk was helpful and took care of it within an hour.

Amazing location and room
Pros:

Very close to a lot of shops and food, easy access for taxis and travelling around. The room was huge. Staff was really nice and helpful

Clean, pleasant staff, and basic amenities. Not cheap, but least expensive of available options.
Pros:

Was clean, but basic accommodations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative was the outside noise. Shamrock Foods (next door) was running repeated trucks early in the am. Then gardeners started (Saturday).
Motel 6 can't eradicate the truck noise, but since it is an older facility, the noise was more noticeable.

Comfortable bed, great staff upon arrival
Pros:

Easy access to everything. Comfy bed, nice large light up mirror.

Cons:

I did happen to see 2 small black spiders in bathroom up under black rubber trim on wall. I checked out with a live kiosk person (or maybe AI) and that was a first for me and I couldn’t be see on the machine were to return the key (room card) so left on desk.

Relatively decent for the stay we needed, but clearly lots of drug use, and kind of flaky staff. Kind, but flaky, and fo

Cons:

We constantly could smell drugs when going in and out of our room, and especially near the bathroom. We also noticed first thing that the TV stand was damaged with cigarette butt burns.
