The Staff Make This Place Great!!
Pros:

The people- I would have stayed the night in a cardboard box for staff like that!!!

From needing batteries in my dying tv remote, to helping me get extra food to take to my room after breakfast for my niece and then when we left made sure my niece had enough chocolate milk for the road !!! Everyone was so helpful and nice and truly loved their job.

I am returning there in a couple of weeks and I’m excited to see them all again!

Outstanding service.

Not a very good value.
Pros:

The coffee was amazing.

Cons:

There were strong smells all through the facility. especially my room. The walls were thin and there was a lot of noise from adjacent units. The front desk was understaffed resulting in long wait time of 5-10 minutes for service. With all of these issues, the price I paid was outrageous.

Pros:

The staff was great ESPECIALLY BRENDA AND MONICA.....I JUST LOVED THE DINING ROOM Attendant who i didn't catch her name but she was so sweet and helpful maybe Gail im not sure...and the maintenance man Ricky was quick to try to fix the tv but moved us to a different better room.

The location and cleanliness was great. The staff were helpful too. They tried to accommodate my needs and I thought things were good at first.

Cons:

I had to move from my rooms TWICE because there were leaks in the bathrooms. Now I’ve been woken up by someone in the foyer talking at 2:00 am. I’ve tried not to complain, but things just keep getting worse!
