Pros:

Beautifully designed, secluded, great facilities and amazing restaurant! Every meal was a treat. Lovely staff. Nice gym and beautiful beach access.

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel ! L’hôtel incarne le raffinement et l’excellence à tous les niveaux : cadre somptueux, confort absolu, gastronomie exquise et service irréprochable. Chaque détail est pensé avec soin pour offrir une expérience unique et mémorable.
Je tiens à souligner tout particulièrement le professionnalisme et la bienveillance de la Directrice générale Valérie Mansis, dont la présence attentive et discrète fait toute la différence. Son sens du service, sa disponibilité et sa capacité à anticiper les besoins des clients reflètent parfaitement les standards d’un véritable hôtel de prestige.
Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe pour cette harmonie parfaite entre élégance, accueil et chaleur humaine. Un lieu d’exception que je recommande sans la moindre réserve.

Eigentlich waren wir rundum glücklich. Eine tolle Hotelanlage, eine traumhafte Villa, toller Service, sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Bis wir bemerkt haben, dass das Personal Geld aus unserem Zimmer gestohlen hat. Das hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack, eines sonst wirklich tollen Urlaubs.

Pros:

Absolutely incredible location. The all inclusive package was truly a deal. Excellent value for money. The resort even provided my son with a child’s bike he could ride around the resort. We only had one small issue and was resolved immediately and a complimentary massage was given as an apology. Absolutely beautiful from start to finish. We will be back (and we never say that 😊).

Nice place but expensive...

Location, facilities, staff

Cons:

Value for money.
Tanzania / Zanzibar are quite expensive, but rates in White Sand are high, and they do not miss an opportunity to charge you extra. I just felt like a piñata from which they tried to extract the last cents.
