対応してくれたスタッフの方は皆親切でした。お風呂も清潔でのんびりすごせ、何回か入りました。タオルが脱衣所にもあればより快適。
高齢な両親と行ったため、和室は過ごしにくいかなと思いましたが予想以上に過ごしやすかったです。

ただ、周辺に歩いて行ける観光場所やアミューズメント的なところはほぼ無いため、ある程度札幌の中心街で遊んでから夕方以降にチェックインすると良いかもです。
チェックアウト後に周りのカフェやおみやげ屋さん見て回るのおすすめです。

Pros:

This was a very fun and relaxing place to stay for four nights. We were a group of six with ages ranging from 0-70, and all of us really enjoyed it. The meals were all delicious, and the onsen was really nice. The area around is beautiful, and the weather was relatively cool even in the August heat.

駐車場担当の方がずっと誰かとイヤホンで会話をしていて入庫時も車の誘導をせずに会話されていたのが不快だった。（出庫時の対応された方は親切だった）チェックイン時の説明が早口でうまく聞き取れなかった。表情に笑顔がなくやや威圧感を感じた。（他のスタッフの方はそれなりに笑顔で対応されていた）そのため、チェックイン時の対応を普通としました。

定山渓温泉に来ました。
Pros:

連休だったためか宿泊者が多かったですが、ゆっくりと過ごす事が出来ました。温泉まんじゅうが美味しかったです。

宿が古めな為、畳も古く。畳のクズが取れて服に沢山付き、子供が靴下履かないと足刺さって可哀想でした。

An amazing experience in a traditional Japanese inn! The room was expansive and spacious, and definitely try the onsen, even if it seems intimidating to try as a foreigner. I experienced it in the winter after hiking snow trails, so it really soothes the body! The surrounding resort is beautiful and easy to walk to many hotspots in the area. The non-reservation restaurant on B1F is nice, but their menu is limited in the evening, so plan ahead if you are looking for nighttime dining.

너무 좋았어요. 저는 급하게 여행 잡아서 버스 예약을 못했는데 버스정류장 거의 바로 앞에있고, 숙소근처 싱사에서 전등? 무슨 축제하는데 그거 티켓도 주시고, 그리고 숙소가 노후된것같아 보이지만 전혀 아니였어요. 노천탕 강추추입니닼ㅋㅋ 그리고 호텔 직원들 완전 친절하시고, 체크인 빨리가시면 컵라면이나 사탕 베이비슈 같은 웰컴 냠냠이가 있어서 너무 좋았어요.. 어머님 모시고 간곳인데 너무 좋아하셨어요. 다들 너무 친절하고... 다음에 삿포로에 친정가족들이랑도 가야겠어요. 그정도로 너무 좋은 편안한 여행이였답니다.~
