Pros:

This is our second stay with my husband and as usual we had a great stay.
The food is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and very clean and washrooms.. Property well maintained.

The hotel staff was no at all coperative .There is no distinction between veg and non veg food both are mixed .Also the kitchen is closed most of the time in day inspite of timings mentioned on the cards .Servicing time is also too much .Water bottles are charged upto 50 rs per bottle for a normalbrand ike bisleri

Pros:

This hotel is located at a calm location far from city hassle and bassle. Which I really like very much. Rooms are very well maintained and cozy. Bathroom are neat and clean. Food quality is good . Staff is very helpful and cooperative, Specifically Mr. Dilip Singh at Front office very supportive. The best part of the hotel facilities are : Roof top swimming pool. Also their parking facilities are really good. Property has a mix of heritage and modern culture. I will visit again and recommend this property to all in my circle. Thanks to Booking.com for listing this property!!!

All each and everything is super..cooperation of hotel staff, food, stay, play zone , pool everything is nice, we all enjoyed it lot..

Cons:

Separate zone for musical night rather than restaurant..it should be inside at main restaurant area, so people enjoy their food with music..

Extremely poor food
Cons:

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The food served to us was clearly stale and not fresh at all. The rice was spoiled and had a very bad smell coming from it. Even the rotis felt old and reheated, not freshly made. When we complained, the staff first kept arguing with us and insisted everything was fresh, but later they themselves admitted that the rice was not fresh.

The malai kofta had absolutely no taste. Honestly, this was one of the worst meals we’ve ever had. If both the roti and rice were stale/spoiled, then what exactly were we paying for? Just one sabji? This is not the quality or service anyone expects after paying for food at a hotel.

What made the experience even worse was the staff behavior. Instead of handling the complaint professionally and apologizing, they kept arguing with us. Serving spoiled food is a serious hygiene issue and can affect people’s health. The management seriously needs to take action on food quality, freshness, and staff behavior. Very bad service and a horrible dining experience overall.
