Nice place with good location. Rooms need updating.
Pros:

Location is great and quiet. We got good suggestions for food. The bed is good quality.

Cons:

The decor of the room can be improved. Although our room looked into the next building’s wall; there were still obscuring stickers glued on the window so it felt quite claustrophobic.

L'hôtel parfait à Avignon
Pros:

La literie est excellente : matelas et oreiller très très confortable.
Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins.
Le petit-déjeuner est incroyablement délicieux : excellents produits et tout fait maison (le meilleur déj que j'ai mangé en hôtel ces dernières années).
La propreté du lieu : tout est très propre, partout.
Les salles de bains sont impeccables; avec douche.
Le calme du lieu, malgré sa situation centrale.
Hôtel à minutes à pied de la gare Avignon Centre.
Conseils repas et visites : n'hésitez pas à demander.

Communication before arrival was very clear. The reception at arrival was very nice and we felt at home immediately, thanks! Location is at the very centre but very quiet at night. Comfortable (bed, shower) and nicely decorated room.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave lots of recommendations and arranged a taxi for us when we left. Fab location right in the heart of the old city and beautifully designed and colourful room with a comfy bed & a fridge

Cons:

Be even better to have two pillows!

Buen hotel.
Pros:

Es un hotel antiguo, pero dispone de todo lo necesario. Éramos 3 adultos, la habitación era pequeña, pero cómoda. Buena presión de agua. Muy bien ubicado.

Think hotel is a bit pricey
Pros:

Location is close to train station.
Staff was nice and kind to show us around the amenities inside the room and helped carry the luggage. He also reminded the hot water will take longer time before all cold water runs out which takes a longer time.

Cons:

They didn’t change towels despite the towels were wet and on floor. The room is supposed to hang up on the wall when leaving the hotel which made me uncomfortable, because other patronages could go in to your room.

Lovely stay and can't wait to go back.
Pros:

Location was excellent. In the city center, but down a quiet street. Easily walkable to everything. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and spacious. Hostess explained all the nuances of the place and gave great recommendations.

Cons:

Parking is not at the hotel. Had I read the confirmation/welcome email thoroughly I would have known to park at the city garage and walk to the hotel.
