Cons:

Apesar de o quarto ser confortável, uma cama excelente, o banheiro é extremamente pequeno. Difícil de se adequar a ele.

Cons:

Apesar de ter escolhido uma suíte , quarto com uma sala , não foi possível colocar uma cama para meu neto de 4 anos . Me deram roupa de cama e eu mesma tive que fazer uma caminha no chão . Achei absurdo !!!

Pedimos jantar no apartamento e a refeição veio sem tempero. Não conseguimos comer.
O ar condicionado deu problema, nos trocaram de apartamento para um inferior e o corredor estava com cheiro de detetizado.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei hospedada. Minha primeira vez em Americana e fui super bem recebida, quartos extremamente confortáveis, além de um café da manhã excelente.
