Pros:

Draps du lit propres, la jeune fille présente le matin agréable

Cons:

Accueil pas chaleureux, personnel du soir non attentionné,hôtel tres tres vieillot sale mal entretenu, placement géographique il vaut mieux avoir une voiture peu de bus au pas du tout, route devant tres tres bruillant chambre pas du tout isolée, petit déjeuner lamentable on me montre un coin au fond le bistrot du coin quoi pas de pain des biscuits secs et des biscotes en sachet on me fait un croque messieur 😂le dernier jour on me dit et on me montre une salle a l'étage ( surprise une petite salle charmante vue sur le lac ) petit déjeuner exposé mais tjrs aussi pauvre cette fois des brioches !
Pas de chance j'étais pressée de quitter l'hôtel.
Je ne conseille pas cette endroit a personne !
Cest le bistrot ou tous les chauffeurs et vieux du coin viennent.

Pros:

visuale splendida, parcheggio fronte albergo.

Un po' risicata la colazione, stanze esposte al rumore continuo , giorno e notte, del traffico.

Einmal hat gereicht.
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt am Haus und kostenlos. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad ist sehr klein. Klimaanlage heizt nur und kühlt nicht. Nach zweimaligen Auffordern wurde das Frühstücksbuffet nochmals aufgefüllt. Für 80 Euro wäre das Zimmer ok gewesen.

A szállás elhelyezkedése rendkívül hangos. Aki pihenni akar, ne ezt válassza. A szoba penészes, a zuhanyzóban nem folyt le a víz. A reggeli nem volt változatos, csak sonka, sajt, főtt tojás.

Cons:

There was mold all around the room, unacceptable. Bathroom with doors that provide no sound-proofing. There was also a random blue light in the bathroom. A small room combined with so much mold made us almost not sleep there.

Pros:

La vue sur le lac et une bonne literie

Cons:

La route une horreur chambres mal insonorisées la salle de bain commune dans le couloir nous a réveillé armoire de rangement vétusté 1 seul porte manteau pour nous faire comprendre c'est compliqué petit déjeuner peu copieux pas de pain frais juste des biscottes et du pain de mie c'est tout prix élevé pour la prestation

Great location but not a very comfortable apartment
Pros:

The apartment has a wonderful view of Lake Como from the tiny balcony. It is within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant Da Luciano right on the lake shore.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, the glasses weren't clean, it has been poorly restored, the washing machine doesn't have instructions and doesn't work and the apartment is located on a very busy road 400m from the main hotel.

Schöner Aussicht ohne Komfort.
Pros:

Direkte Lage am Como See, schöner Ausblick und der Balkon.

Cons:

Schlechte Kundenbetreuung (keine Aufklärung beim Einchecken). Das Studio war nicht sauber (Regale im Schrank, Badmöbel und Heizkörper im Bad). Keine Zimmerreinigung in den sechs Nächte, bzw. Müllentsorgung. Nach der Aufforderung wurden alle Handtücher entfernt, aber nicht erneuert. Auf Nachfrage wurden die erst ein Tag später gebracht. Der Müll aus meinem und den Nachbarzimmer wurde gesammelt und über zwei Tage neben meiner Tür liegen gelassen.
Das Hauptproblem war die Matratze mit kaputten Federn. Aufgrund von schlaflosen Nächten bin ich ein Tag früher abgereist. Beim früheren Check-out wurden meine Gründe für die frühere Abreise ignoriert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen. Trotz schöner Aussicht würde ich das Studio nicht weiterempfehlen.
