Pros:

Very dog friendly. Very attentive staff. Very good restaurant food. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Although very dog friendly we were expecting a goody bag for our dog and also breakfast for him that was advertised but never materialised. Minor issue but would have made my 8 into a 10

Fantastic stay and will definitely recommend and stay again !
Pros:

From start to finish staff were hospitable and attentive. Bedroom and en suite were perfect for us . Breakfast wasn’t brilliant tbh. Could be improved with the hot option and remove some of the basic elements to make it more unique

Cons:

Nothing really . If anything I would just add onto th hot option for breakfast to make it slightly better

Nice room and location, some lower quality aspects
Pros:

The room was very nice, recently renovated, bed was comfy. Location very good for Windermere, Ambleside etc.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite good, but a few issues eg buffet wasn’t great, no glasses for drinks, some items ran out. Dining room and receptions were a little outdated.
