Séjour parfait
Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre, ses équipements complets y compris vaisselle et liquide vaisselle, son parking, son emplacement pas trop loin de l'aéroport . Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car arrivés dans la nuit, mais elle avait l'air très bien.

Room had a musty smell on arrival and reception did not send someone to rectify the situation as promised.
Did not get TV working until after 11/10 when it was changed and a new remote provided after many complaints.
Our sheets were changed only after a lot of complaints and a written request.
Did not have access to a lift.

I only stayed one night because I was giving a speech in St.Cloud. Check in took forever, I wasn't given great instruction on how to find my room the property is very large. Did not look like photos online. Check out wasn't supposed to be until 11:00. I received three knocks on my door starting at 8:00 a.m. which was house cleaning, then again at 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. asking if I was checking out. I repeat check out was not until 11:00. Why I was getting a pounding knock on my door at 8:30 a.m. asking if I was checking out is beyond me. Then, as I was walking down the stairs because the elevator was broken. One of the employees essentially pushed by me with the trashcan and I had to yield to him instead of him stopping and letting me walk by like I'd assume a person who is trying to be hospitable would do??

Pros:

Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Door to room did not fit...1 inch gap at top, bottom, and sides. Humid in room and AC did not help it. Fabric chair and headboard were stained. Small hairs in shower. Towel had long dark hair on it.
