Pros:

Disable chair how to walk and I couldn’t get a room on the first floor not only that the elevator broke down while I was there so I had to walk three flights of steps down. It was miserable.

Cons:

First of all, you could have put me in a room downstairs that’s for one second of all you have no control about the elevator being broke, but someone could have came and tried to fix it as soon as possible. That did not happen.
