Les Villas Ottalia Gili Trawangan

The location is way too far from the beach! Bad Wi-Fi ! No markings to find the hotel! No morning breakfast ! No bicycle rent option ! They promote you to rent from outside ! Nothing in the minibar apart from coke! They don’t provide daily complimentary water ! Only thing good is it’s silent as it’s far away from the beach ! Apart from that it really needs a lot of development!

We booked for six nights and only stayed for one. The main reason was because of the massive mound of trash just around the corner from the property. We could smell the plastic burning and everything. Horse stalls are also on the other side of the property, so all in all it’s a terrible location with garbage everywhere. They have had to lower prices and condense some of the villas to make up for the losses. Hopefully the government steps up and fixes this to save the property and the island itself. Such a bummer!

Absolutely lovely place! The rooms are beautiful and the pool is peaceful. Although the place is rather tricky to find - could do with more signs.

The air conditioning was not working properly at all. Causing tremendous amounts of bugs. We left after only being there for 15 minutes

Die Villa war sehr schön. Es war auch verhältnismäßig ruhig für die Insel, nur das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Vi boede i en villa i 4 dage. Hver morgen kl. 5 blev vi vækket af en meget højt muslimsk højtalerbøn - højtaleren var lige ved siden af hotellet. Vores private pool var meget beskidt da vi ankom og kunne godt trænge til en renovering. Morgenmaden som var inkluderet i prisen bestod af et stykke toastbrød, to æg og juice/te/kaffe, hvis man skulle have andet var det tilkøb. Villaen var okay men småting som lås til badeværelse, vandbeholder som ikke virkede ordentligt trængte til at blive lavet. Personalet var søde og imødekommende. Værelset var generelt rent og pænt.

Really enjoyed our stay within our villa and hotel. However would not recommend the restaurant because our meals were disgusting and gave me and my partner severe bad stomachs (put in the politest form). Restaurant really does let down the hotel because the hotel facilities such as the pool and the villas themselves are really really nice.

Lokalisert midt på øya, og vi brukte 10-15 minutter på å gå ned til «sentrum», så er ikke lange avstandene på denne øya. Vi hadde bestilt superior villa med et soverom og privat basseng, utearealet i villaen var litt mindre enn forventet men det gikk greit. Det negative var at det var ingen sol i hagen vår så om vi skulle sole oss og bade måtte vi ut til fellesarealet. Det var heller ikke særlig til renseanlegg i bassenget i villaen så det ble ikke tatt i bruk da det fristet lite. Så vi kunne likså godt ha spart oss de ekstra kronene og bare bestilt en ordinær villa. Wifi var ustabilt mesteparten av tiden. Hotellet hadde roomservice til lunsj bare. De tilbydde en frokosttallerken som var helt ok, men å sitte å spise frokost i restauranten var umulig pga alle fluene. Å siden de ikke tilbydde roomservice ved frokost ble det med den ene frokosten på oss. Det var også endel folk den dagen under frokosten, noe de ikke håndterte bra. Det tok nøyaktig 50 minutter å få en tallerken med toast og eggerøre. Restauranten hadde veldig få alternativ å velge imellom, lunsjmeny og middagsmeny var den samme, dette er noe de bør utbedre. Det som trekker mest ned er bråk fra noe bygging de drev med, dette foregikk konstant fra 11/12 til 7 på kvelden. Villaene var fine og rene, og de skal ha pluss for god service

Super lækkert hotel med utrolig fin indretning. Vi boede i en villa, med egen pool - hvor der ikke manglede noget som helst. Hotellets morgenmad halter lidt, da de tilbyder en slags morgentallerken of kræver ekstra betaling hvis der skal æg til. Placeringen ligger midt på øen og kræver en lille cykeltur på 5-10 min hvis man kan ruten. Vær opmærksom på at det er grusveje man kører på og der er ingen skilte til at hjælpe en på vej, hvilket var problematisk om aftenen/ natten. Så benyt dig endelig af de venlige lokale!

The private villas are amazing. We had the most wonderful time here and would definitely recommend. It was good value for money too - the cheapest villa with private pool that we could find and it’s even nicer than the photos.

Know that this villas are very far from beach, before booking I review all comments and villas own website discription. Website discription mentions free bike for customer, easy for us in and out, but at the end we need to rent ourselves or take house car cost rupiah 150,000/way, that is not worth to stay in this villas

Rigtig fint lille hotel, vi boede i en villa med to værelser og privat pool.
Stedets fælles pool og område var rigtig lækkert.

to much clorin in the pool , air-cond not funtion at all , my sugesstion please put fans outside at the leving room , thnks for bapak who send us coconut all the staff fantastic , breakfast need to change the menu , and please put a lot off singhbord outside , thanks for everything ❤️

距離海灘走路13~15分鐘，能夠看到龍目島日常居民的生活，不會太遠不方便，享受寧靜私人空間。房間及私人泳池超級讚，還有簡單吧檯可供煮東西，超級窩心又實用的房間!!!房務人員都很熱情，馬車到市中心價格也比一般外面公定價便宜歐!

Bra hotell, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Den ligger en bra bit från allt annat, stranden och hamnen. De lånar ut cyklar gratis, men de är inte hela, växlar som inte funkar, samt dåliga bromsar. Personalen nämnde att de kommer att byta ut cyklarna snart. Annars va det prisvärd.

Hotel condition & service is excellent except the road roads to hotel is nightmare

The hotel was nice and a comfortable room but it is next to a landfill so there were a lot of flies. For that reason it was impossible have a nice breakfast without flies, it was really disgusting for me. Other bad point was about shower, the hot water wasn’t working property.
