Amazing!

Pros:

Hotel is exactly as described, so no surprises!! The location was a nice surprise, really good local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Cons:

Whilst it says it has a kitchen, it's fairly non-functional. Not enough cooking equipment to really cook.

Castle villa interior was advertised. Views were better than advertised.

Cons:

The property's name is misleading because there was no swimming pool in our villa (only plunge) and the main pool was closed for undisclosed reasons.

It is obvious that management has tried their best to make your stay comfortable. Everything one might need for a comfortable stay is generously provided including decaffeinated coffee pods and fizzy drinks and daily replenishing of bottles of water and coffee pods!
The laundry area is a dream! Clean, very well provisioned. Only lacking an iron.
Water pressure was very good.

Cons:

More sofa/armchairs in living area. In a room meant for 4 pax, there were only 2 foldable sofa bed/chairs.
Would have preferred firmer beds.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Pool-Villa im Haupthaus, 3 Stock., im Bayhill Pool & Villa Hotel (Privatpool ca. 12 m + Whirlpool) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage in Andeok-myeon (Seogwipo) ist traumhaft – von der Terrasse blickt man über Sagye-ri / Sanbangsan-Küste aufs Meer. Die Anlage wirkt stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen (bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit nachvollziehbar), trotzdem war alles absolut sauber und funktionsfähig – das Housekeeping macht einen 1A-Job.

Wir haben die Ruhe und Privatsphäre in der Villa sehr geschätzt. Praktisch für längere Reisen: Im Haupthaus gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner. In der Umgebung fanden wir mehrere stylische Brunch-Lokale, die uns sehr gefallen haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben. Insgesamt fanden wir die Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

Sehr nettes Personalräume sauber und gepflegt Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem eigentlich ein schöner Platz zum verweilen. Ich empfehle einen Leihwagen für dieses Hotel. Ansonsten alles top
