Worst hotel I’ve been to in Italy
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The AC didn’t work until I went down and they turned it on manually. Then I waited for THIRTY MINUTES while the guy at the reception area was no where to be found. Beds were very uncomfortable. My least favorite hotel in Italy by far

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Accesso diretto alla Stazione Centrale e alla linea della metropolitana. Senza dover uscire in strada. Particolare rilevante.
Lo staff: molto cordiale e disponibile. Gentilissimi. La camera ampia con terrazzo.

Very convenient location
Pros:

Location was really good. You can access directly from the station without walking outside. If your stay is a kind of transit or you intend to make a day trip by train, this is the place for you. Breakfast was nothing special but good enough.

Ottima posizione per spostamenti con treno e metro,stanze grandi

Cons:

La manutenzione della Camera era inesistente,vernice crostata ma sopratutto il bagno al limite dell'agibilita, la doccia sembrava tenuta insieme da tubi giardino ed era intasata da calcare. Sicuro il prezzo non è adeguato per un 4 stelle che si presenta come un 3. Peccato perché lo stabile merita ma totalmente senza manutenzione

Leuk verblijf gehad tijdens ons verblijf in Napels!
Pros:

De ligging en kamers waren prima. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar op zich oke. Personeel aan receptie was vriendelijk. Vlakbij het centraal station wat erg handig is.

Lo staff della reception e stato molto gentile .

Cons:

Colazione di bassa qualità poca possibilità di scelta. una cosa che mi ha fatto rabbrividire riguarda le più elementari regole HACCP; la catena del freddo non veniva mantenuta in quanto lo yogurt,burro,i salumi affettati non erano affatto ad una temperatura corretta e risultavano caldi senza un'opportuna refrigerazione .
