Pros:

Resort davvero superbo. La parte esterna è spettacolare, con un grande anfiteatro storico realizzato da Gassman, successivamente passato a Valtour e oggi gestito dalla famiglia Mangia.
La piscina è impeccabile, sempre pulita e ben tenuta. La posizione fronte mare è semplicemente meravigliosa, con una vista mozzafiato e gli yacht che transitano davanti alla struttura regalando un'atmosfera esclusiva e rilassante.
La cucina è eccellente, con prodotti di qualità, piatti curati e una grande attenzione alla tradizione siciliana.
Personale cordiale e disponibile, ambienti ben curati e una location che permette di godere appieno delle bellezze delle Egadi.
Un resort che consiglio senza esitazione per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del mare.

Posto meraviglioso!
Pros:

Personale davvero cordiale, posto bellissimo e tante cose da fare. Molto bella la posizione e la piscina, il noleggio interno di bici/scooter/auto è davvero un grosso plus della struttura.

Cons:

Forse andrebbe migliorata e ampliata l'offerta del menù per chi ha HB.

Colazione ricchissima e con ottimi prodotti. Posizione splendida per ammirare tramonti eccezionali respirando il mare. Camera spaziosa.

L'accesso in mare un po' difficoltoso e possibile solo in assenza di vento, ma la piscina poco distante risolve il problema!

Meglio evitare la mezza pensione

Colazione e Location sono i punti forti relativamente alla struttura

Cons:

Il ristorante è ubicato fronte mare, non protetto dal vento gelido serale. Inoltre con la mezza pensione viene offerta pochissima varietà e si permette di ordinare solo antipasto e primo o antipasto e secondo offrendo agli ospiti solo 3 scelte per primo o secondo. Porzioni scarse e poco appetitose. Molto meglio l’opzione buffet del venerdì sera. Abbiamo aspettato la camera 4 ore. Grosso scarafaggio in camera ed escrementi di piccione all’ingresso della camera segnalati in reception ma mai puliti. Da migliorare servizio. Piscina poco pulita.

Beautiful location and friendly service!
Pros:

Beautiful location with a private beach an swimming pool, away from the crowds but only 15 mins via bike to city center. The team is very welcoming an friendly, Giusy arranged a lovely surprise for our friend’s hen do. Entertainment in the restaurant was also great with a DJ until 1am, we had so much fun and was the highlight of our stay.
You can rent bikes on site which is very handy as they are the best way explore the island. The reception team was also very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are comfortable but a bit run down and old, a refurbishment is advisable especially for the price they are charging. There were some hair in the shower and on the towels. It hasn’t impacted our stay, as we were only there for one night. Service in the restaurant to be improved, the service was delayed and most items unavailable, pizzas were SO bad. However in light of this the food was taken off the bill entirely, which was much appreciated.

Schade, schade!
Pros:

Die Lage und die eigentliche Idee des weitläufigen Resorts. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es ist jammerschade, wie die Anlage in der Spitzenlage zerfällt. Leider wirkt alles abgenutzt und ungepflegt. Hinter dem Restaurant zerfällt ein ehemaliger Hotelflügel…. Das sieht wirklich schlimm aus! Besonders schwach fanden wir die Reinigung der Zimmer; am Ankunfttag war am Duschablauf ein Haarbüschel der Vorgänger zu sehen, direkt sichtbar, da der Ablauf kein Siphon hatte… das sollte eigentlich jeder erkennen.
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit nasse Badekleidung an der Luft zu trocknen. Bei Strandlage sehr ungeschickt. Im Badezimmer ohne Fenster trocken auch die Handtücher von drei Personen nicht…
Dass auch ein halber Tag kein Wasser in den Leitungen kam, kann technisch vielleicht mal vorkommen, aber eine Information vom Haus dazu wäre schon angebracht! Es gab zwar viel Platz in unserem Zimmer, aber die Schränke rochen feucht und muffig.
Das Essen im Restaurant war wirklich nicht besonders gut, die Nudeln meiner Tochter waren kalt.
Das Team war sehr freundlich, aber machte an allen Stellen einen eher unprofessionellen Eindruck.
Alles zusammen gefasst auch für italienische Verhältnisse keine vier Sterne und daher ein schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Una vacanza voluta

Sicuramente la cortesia di tutto il personale, il modo di porsi ed i tempi intervento, il mangiare, stuzzicante a colazione e prelibato a cena, dove bisogna sottolineare la cortesia di tutto il personale con nota di merito a Michelle all'accoglienza.
La posizione, incantevole soprattutto per i tramonti.

La struttura, un po' fatiscente, l'accesso al mare, non proprio agevole.
