Accueil très bien, agréable. Parking gratuit. Jolie chambre au dessus d'un pub sympa.

Cons:

Équipements dans la chambre dysfonctionnels (bouilloire inutilisable et mitigeur eau chaude/froide dans la douche qui était défaillant). Moisissure dans la douche.

Pros:

Perfecta ubicación en la calle principal de Swords. Checkin/out rapido. Dispone de bar irlandes tipico con actuaciones. Sin ruidos. Es muy Calentito.

We would have to see if other rooms have the same limitations or not, but would expect a lower price
Pros:

Food & Bar are great though our room was directly above the bar and entry door. That meant a noisy night trying to sleep.
The location is exceptional.

Cons:

It was a shock to read in the room's information booklet that the water in the room is non-potable. The statement is 'do not drink the water unless it is boiled first. The electric hot water kettle did not look clean. Given this situation, at a minimum, I would expect to be provided with several bottles of drinkable water.
The staff seemed to be focused on the bar\restaurant work with the hotel service as secondary.
Lots of expected 'necessities' were missing: at least a single towel rack; no vanity or shelf over the sink; only one hand towel for two guests; no chairs, though there was room for at least 1; no bedside table or stand; no toilet paper holder...

Excellent price for an excellent stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, had dinner which was good. Easy to find, right in the middle of the town.

Pros:

Room was bright

Cons:

Carpet very dirty, very noisy in morn from 9am from housekeeping. Any attempts to contact property prior or during stay was zero. Provided instant coffee and tea but no spoons.
