Excellent customer service
Great location
Clean bed & bathroom
Poor customer care.
I was woken up at 8.30am to clean the room.
Early check-in was given which was great. Service and food very good.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but Dublin is a complete rip off for accommodation prices, double or triple what I've paid in other European cities as recently as last month.
Three separate beds for a triple was great. Room was clean and the shower was great. This place appears to be recently refurbished in the last few years. Great for an overnight before catching a plane the next morning. Taxi to the airport for three was ~15€.
Not really a hotel: no reception, front desk is the bar downstairs.
One key card for a triple, c'mon.
Lobby/bar isn't open until 10 am.
Breakfast at 10 am, a bit late.
Very nice hotel. Even though you were above the pub not much noise at all.
Room was good size, decent walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities, and bright clean and modern.
Accommodation was secure as had to have a key to access the area.
Food and service in the bar was prompt and very nice with reasonable prices.
Dan the staff member who met us and showed us the ropes was friendly and welcoming. All the staff members we met were very obliging. Well done team 44.
Nothing
The location, staff and the pub was fantastic but the room could do with a bit of an upgrade. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and went out of their way to be helpful, they are so friendly and work great as a team. The location couldn’t be better right in the Main Street in Swords.
The room needs a bit of TLC, it had obviously been cleaned as the bed linen was crisp and spotless but the carpet was covered in stains. Also on a warm night if you want to leave the window open be prepared to enjoy everyone’s conversation as they’re having a smoke in the alley at the side of the hotel. Great to hear the lovely Irish accents tho 😀.
Good location, well laid out, playful decoration
The rooms are above the dining room/bar so can be a bit noisy
