Exceptional hospitality, a complimentary Haram-view upgrade, late checkout, and a perfect location made my stay truly me
Pros:

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Masjid al-Haram. The staff were very welcoming and kindly upgraded me to a complimentary Haram-view room, which made the stay even more special. They also allowed a free late checkout until 2 PM, which was greatly appreciated. Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah.

نظيف مرتب موظفين لطفاء
إطلالة رائعة على ساحة الحرم

Cons:

رغم انه مطل على ساحة الحرم بعيد لدخول صحن الكعبة في العودة يوجد مرتفع بسيط لكنه متعب لكبار السن والمرضى
الافطار لا يليق لفئة خمس نجوم لايوجد تنوع كما انه غير لذيذ بالمرة وكل يوم نفس الشيء
