Anjum Hotel Makkah

An absolutely amazing stay!

I cannot explain in words how outstanding this hotel is in terms of its facilities all the way through to the excellent location (in close proximity to Masjid Al Haram).


The room was brilliant alongside the cleanliness and attention to detail. This is truly a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast choice is amazing with the food being varied as well as delicious. Everything is cooked fresh and nothing is too much hassle for the staff.

I would like to say a special thanks to the excellent customer service and hospitality displayed by Captin Osama, Yaqoob and Walid during breakfast times.

I will always return to Anjum Hotel when visiting Mecca.

The room was clean, great view, staff for check in/check out pleasant, convenient gift shop, convenience store, dining outstanding. Distance from Masjid walkable but a little far. Would stay there again.

Clean room and good breakfast

Our stay at Anjum has been great! We got upgraded to a room with Haram view and this has made such a big difference! Alhamdulillah. The breakfast buffet offering is filling and scrumptious, the waiters are attentive. The walk to the Haram gives you the extra stretch and the proximity is not far. The Anjum staff overall are very accommodating and helpful! They gave us a wheelchair for the entire duration of our stay. We loved staying there and we’d love to stay there again!

Ideal location of the hotel to the Grand Mosque new extension which was perfect and less congested to get to the mosque and back. Great breakfast options and variety plus a nice cafe for snacks. I would definitely stay again.

Alhamdulilah this is the second time I’ve experienced staying at anjum hotel in Makkah , which is within walking distance to the harram , cleanliness , attentiveness and the overall ambiance and staff are awesome , I would personally like to stay at this hotel every time i am called to Makkah by Allah swt , if you read this pray for me and the ummah and that Allah swt grants me and you goodness in this life and the next and calls us to his house over and over again in our limited lifetimes on earth . A very nice experience. The hotel , lobby and rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast is varied .

Since its not the first time in Anjum, everything is 9.5+

This 5 star hotel was great, I asked for interconnecting rooms for the two rooms I booked and was given this and also was given a free upgrade of rooms with views of the Haram which was a good gesture from the hotel. Rooms were great with all the facilities needed for our stay and room size was adequate for us. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of food, drinks, savoury snacks and also a chef on hand to cook omelette spiced as required or fried eggs and a chef to cooks waffles. Service was also great here with staff ready to take empty plates away and bring you items as you require them. We were always greeted and looked after by the staff at the hotel. Always helpful and ready to assist when needed. Hotel location was close enough to Masjid Al Haram with no issue with steep hills for example or need for any shuttle service due to it being next to Masjid Al Haram. All in all great Hotel, great staff and service, great location and price reflects this 5 star hotel. Keep up the good work and in’sha’allah I will keep you in mind for any future stays.

It was close to everything

It's located inside the Holy Mousk area. The hotel is clean, and both the room and service are excellent.

it was better than my expectations

Very nice and friendly staff 5/5. Very clean and will maintained rooms 5/5. A little bit far from Kaaba (15 min walk), however is close to the new king Abullah extension. The breakfast food quality 4/5.

One of the worst hotels, if not the worst, that I have ever been to. Unhygienic and disgusting. Filthy throughout.

From check-in to check-out everything was smooth.
