Great stay
Pros:

The location was good, 10 to 15 minutes walk to Mataaf. The staff was very nice and cooperative. They upgraded us to better room at no cost. Breakfast choices were okay. Room service was quick. Great time spent

An excellent hotel with outstanding service and a perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent location just a short walk from Al-Masjid Al-Haram. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always kind, respectful, and helpful. Everything was well organized, and our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Definitely recommend an awesome hotel and experience.
Pros:

MashaAllah the location was amazing. As soon as you step out of the hotel, and walk a few meters you enter Masjid Al Haram. Furthermore there was a vast variety of tasty breakfast options everyday. And customer service was prompt and amazing every single time. They really care about their customers.

Cons:

One thing I didn't really like was that the hotel looks ordinary, the lounge, the waiting area, the rooms, simple and ordinary, don't really have the rich vibe to them. BUT, I've come to note that, Al anjum hotel puts priority in customer service and the satisfaction of its customers more than it's looks.
