One-Night Business Trip Disappointment

I had high-expectations for my one-night stay at the hotel. but my overall experience was a disappointment. To list a few unpleasant surprises:
- No one helped me with my bags (or attempted to) upon arrival or check-in.
- mini bar was empty, no snacks or fruits in the room. called the room service and reception multiple times and they promised to fill the mini bar up...it took 4 hours. They sent me a complimentary basket of fruit and desert as an apology (that was nice but it came at 1 am in the morning!)
Overall, it was overpriced with below average service and experience.

This is a good hotel that used to be run by Kempinski. I’ve stayed here more than 5 times. Now after being run by Marriot, the experience changed in a negative manner.
