This is a neat little hotel. Very quaint and very pleasant. I definitely recommend it.
Beds were severely uncomfortable and the bathrooms we're not clean at all
There is a parking problem near the hotel due to renovations on the street
The room was very small with a small window - without a balcony as we saw in the picture.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom which was felt in the room itself.
This is a very convenient place to stay in Metula. Very welcoming and family oriented. They were so nice and offer us breakfast even after the breakfast time since we had activity early morning.
We stayed in a two bedrooms unit which was clean and comfortable.
Many things to do in the area- hiking and few minutes from Canada center with many fun activities for the family.
Restaurants in walking distance.
Thank you so much for a great stay!

Excellent inn for couples or families visiting Upper Galil. Comfort rooms, nice and tasty breakfast. Friendly crew. Inn guests can use for free heated swimming pool for free at Canada Center located in Metula town.
Ok but very basic.
The pool is on Canada center, 10 minutes walk from the hotel
overall good hotel, friendly staff
Good
I'm not sure why I paid $ 60 extra! I do not understand what it is !! Price in another search! I got one apartment with two rooms! Asking for an explanation please and refund of $ 60 .. Thank you
We had an "OK" stay. We are a couple with 3 kids. The rooms are very small.
They need to clean the rooms a little bit more.
Check in person was personable. Joseph at breakfast was superb. Bathroom size and design leaves a lot to be desired.
- Friendly check-in.
- Israeli style breakfast buffet and more. Fantastic!
- Room functional, although the bathroom area is not "user-friendly."
- Some of the guests were so extremely loud until well after 9:00 p.m., I finally had to shout out the door for them to be quiet. No one from the Reception Desk asked them to respect other people's schedules.
- Overpriced for the overall experience.
- Although this was my second time staying here, I doubt if I will return when in this area again.
family trip , front desk gives map and helps plan a great trip.
Nice location. Nice and accommodating staff.
Great restaurant nearby.
the pic not like the reality!
all the weekend we clean the bathroom.
asked for two rooms suite...the second room had two beds..one of the bed was basically a gurnie...which is rather bizarre...thank goodness we didn't need it! showers are tinny..tv works
This hotel is very "local." Even though the staff spoke mainly in Hebrew, and my Hebrew is minimal, we managed to communicate. It was a bit hard to locate as the streets are not marked and I did not see a number on the building, but I managed to recognize it by the pictures from the website.
I had a Shabbat check-in, but everything went smoothly and I was helped to get situated. I stayed for two nights. This is a very "family-friendly" hotel, so there were dozens of children. It was a bit noisy because of that, but by nighttime it was quiet.
My room had a small balcony with two chairs. It was a nice place to sit. A front porch area is very conducive to relaxing. My room faced the street (west), so there was local traffic noise (truck deliveries). Next time, I will request to have a room facing east. The room was fairly large with a double bed, and a place to sit. Coffee/tea service in the room. It had a sufficient bathroom.
A breakfast buffet is provided with a wide variety that includes Israeli-style food as well as a more continental selection. The food was taim maod (very delicious).
It had a strong WIFI connection. I was given a free ticket pass to the Canada Center (swimming pool access). There are local restaurants in the area; Kiryat Shemona is a short drive away. Down the street is a supermarket.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was reasonably priced. If/when I return to Israel and do a trip up north, I will definitely stay here again.
The bath amenities were poor.
There was no hair dryer in the room.
Bad acoustic.
