Great location with ample size rooms and a reasonable bar fridge.
Pros:

Very good location in Nee Farm. Bar fridge restocked daily with juice, water and cereals. Staff helpful.

Cons:

On site parking for 8 cars only, so a bit hit and miss after returning after a night out. Needed to park on the street on second night as car parks occupied by non paying guests!

Really enjoyed fortitude valley, the hotel not so much
Pros:

Transfer to a non smoking room

Great stay, quiet, clean and nice to stay in, so close to Valley shops and nightlife.
Pros:

Room was clean and nicely presented upon arrival, as per my previous stays.
Very thankful the room was not full of chemical air-fresheners, also liked the tea selection and small kettle, and appreciate the water provided, and towels were nice and fresh and crunchy.
Also excellent sound proofing, can hardly hear other guests.

Cons:

Door card malfunctioned for both of us, had to get coding done again at reception, but Staff very helpful and friendly.
Prefer to have a couple of small plates to eat small snacks/fruit in room but they do have crockery available downstairs.

No great views, no breakfast or restaurant on premises. No pool or other facilities.
