Cons:

There are no restaurants and breakfast is not available.

The bed base frills look old and tired - however, the bed is comfy.

Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

No power outlets on either side of the bed - only a multi-port AC socket module which was broken (mentioned to house staff but not replaced).

Pros:

Location, room was great & clean. Check in staff were very helpful & friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay & experience.

Cons:

Was not advised of the additional $11.68 fee for tapping my card to make payment at check in. I also paid for parking (night 1 $40 for 1 car + Night 2 $80 for 2 vehicles, total $120) This was all paid at time of check in.
Upon checking my bank account after my weekend stay, I discovered I was charged an additional $81.36 - upon calling the hotel was advised it was for unpaid parking. After discussing at length with the staff member on the phone it took 10mins for him to agree I had been charged twice & finally agreed to a refund. I was also not emailed a copy of my invoice of breakdown payment of my stay. Disappointing after a nice stay.
