Pros:

So convenient to James St Precinct where you will pay 4 times the price to stay. TV is only set up for free to air channels however, you cannot use your own streaming services.

This is a top spot to stay in Brisbane

This hotel was a great place to stay.

With all the mod cons at your fingertips and most importantly, the air conditioner for the warm days in Brisbane.

It was not on at my arrival but I turned it on and went to get some dinner and upon my return it was at a nice temperature.

The hotel features a bar and had all the brands of drink that you know and love.

The location is close to many restaurants and shops, with a grocery store nearby.

However, the shining light was the staff. Management should be commended for the professional attitude and welcoming optic shown to myself and many visitors to the hotel.

Even when I asked for an ironing board as there was none in my room. The person delivered was from the front desk and it was not too much trouble for then to complete this request.

Definitely staying here again on my next trip to Brisbane

The room was good, the only complaint would be the parking, I asked for a park when I booked the room over a month before we stayed, but when I get there and pay the $40 for parking, was told if the 8 parks are taken, then I will have to move my car out by 8am.
