I love this hotel. The Staff is what make it 5 star. They are so professional with their guest. But most of all they are KIND! I feel welcomed every time I stay here. Each staff member says hello from the front desk to the maintenance crew. No matter the time of day or night I’ve been greeted with a smile and a welcome. It’s the small things that make me smile when I enter my room, like a welcome letter to a piece of chocolate. Or the temperature set appropriately for the weather outside. No matter my question they are willing to help find my answer. The employees seem to really enjoy each other and that shows in the dedication they have for their job. Most of all thank you it isn’t said near enough

Clean and spacious room.

At check-in a heavy set lady with dyed blonde hair kept telling me my card was not working. I told her in was prepaid. Then she said oh well run your card for $10.00 incidentals. At 11:30pm I received an outside call from her confederate attempting to get my card credit card number but did not know my name despite repeated requests. I put two and two together and filed a complaint with FCSO. If she is on duty be extra careful

Nice quick overnight on long distance trip

The front desk lady who checked me in was very nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as expected. There were waffles and juice. No knives to cut bagels or cream cheese, no eggs or bacon, and on our last day, no forks, to go coffee cups, and many other standard expectations. The excuse given was that they didn't get their delivery. Also, no bottled water the whole time we were there.

We stay frequently with our dogs and find it to be the best in Florence.

Location, Quiet, Nice area

Excellent customer service but old property. Not as good as other home2 hotels.

The bed was terrible, you could feel every movement, the breakfast at the hotel was not well maintained the food that was available was fine but you had to wait or ask for waffle mix, sausage, coffee, plates, utensils. There appeared to be only 1 person staffing on a weekend morning.
The pool was freezing.
Maintained of the suite but bathroom was poor, appears no cleaning under the handle of the shower so it was stained and dirty, the towels in the room had a large hole in it and behind the door was missing and was not with in the room so assuming they had removed it previously.
We have stayed with this brand before and expected much better then was recieved.

Stopped in with my family of 5 while traveling to Orlando. Hotel was close and convenient to the highway.

Room was spacious enough for us. Kitchen amenities were there, but not needed.

Bathroom was clean and shower pressure decent.

Hotel breakfast was good but crowded.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our first room had a bad TV, and we got moved immediately with no issues. But in the evening, they appeared to be understaffed.

Great hotel. Seriously considering for our return home trip.

Had a wonderful experience with this establishment. We had out Williams Family Reunion at the Florence Center & we booked this hotel as it was in walking distance to the Florence Center, the front desk was amazing with our rooming request, we had wonderful interactions with all the staff, the GM "Mo" was amazing, when he told us his position we were surprised he was at the front desk checking us in we normally don't get that and it was a treat. The rooms were very clean, and the explanation of how to get linen and room service was explained at the front desk, and we were also reminded that it's on the mirror in the restrooms. Overall, we had a 5* experience & will be back.

Quick overnight stop right off 95- convenient, clean, room very big and weel-stocked.

Most days during my stay the hotel ran out of food for the buffet breakfast

Our first room had a sodden carpet due to a leaking air conditioner. Second room...same issue.

The young lady at the front desk blatantly told us she didn't care because she wasn't going to be working there any more.

Our third room -- at 11 pm -- was okay.

We will not be staying here again.

I visited this hotel twice with family over the last month. It served its purpose (barely) of an overnight stop on a long drive.

On our first trip the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the wrong sheets were on the bed. I was told there are no other rooms and was handed a stack of the proper sheets.

On the second night the room smelled horribly of cat urine. There was also someone working on the elevator who I had just observed smoking weed outside the hotel. I did not ask for a new room.

Breakfast was barely passable. It looks like it’s set up at 6 am and not touched until it closes. We ate around 9 and most items were empty.

Parking is also odd. There are not many spots out front and trucks park wherever out back taking up many spots leaving guests to fend for themselves elsewhere.

Housekeeping came in, took my old towels, but didn’t leave any new towels nor did they clean the room. Check out as normally 11 AM. Usually when I request a check out at noon, there’s never a problem, but the lady with the bald head. Refuse to allow us to check out at 12.

They also had breakfast which is very nice and a gym and laundry room all good

Nice, clean, comfortable, convenient and staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Wish they had scrambled eggs and bacon.

Nice clean, modern, comfortable hotel.
Way overpriced as well.
