Bad maintanence, low English speaking staff
Pros:

On arrival reception was surprised when I told, that the reservation is already fully paid. Very long check-in process - copying, long consultations with hotel owner, how to conduct the case when reservation cannot be find. Room was comfortable, but bad in housekeeping and maintanence. We have to wait for towels, soap, shampoo. The door key cannot be find by the receptionist and we have to take all valuable things with us. In reality it is not a hotel, but something like condominum.

Worst place ever!
Pros:

I should have read the reviews more closely... This place was a disaster for our family! We have been traveling around the world for 7 months and use hotels.com 90% of the time and this has been the worst place thus far.... First of all, the address on the confirmation is incorrect with numbers transposed... (not sure if that is UTD'S fault or hotels.com's) which made it even more difficult and expensive to find. Horrible location, not close to anything.
We were only given one key, which was a hassle for our family. Upon getting to the room, I had to go down and ask reception for towels. Then I had to go back down and ask for a garbage can! This is when I asked for the "complimentary water" (as stated as being provided in the ad on hotels.com and in confirmation. Based on the hassle of that, I didn't bother asking for the toiletries that were also supposed to be included. The complex has private residents with dogs that bark ALOT! Next to school and parking garage and lots of construction. the receptionist was nice, but had no idea or maps about area... I asked about the subway and she didn't even know that that was ... she was only there until 5pm.

The beds provided us with the worst nights sleep. Rock hard. We should get a refund. I I culd give them a zero rating I would.

Pros:

Appartements corrects, un peu excentre mais cela a ses avantages, notamment pour voir la population locale. On peut se rendre au centre en 45mn.
Mais franchement les matelas sont de veritables planches.

Pros:

First of all, I must honestly to say that we do not satisfy our staying with no Complimentary toiletries at all for 8 nights. Towels are terrific bad smell after shower without fragrance (laundry soap) unlike hotel with daily fresh towels. I asked front desk (after 10:00 AM) to change towels but everyday our kids said smell awful. No staff can be seen in the front reception or else during off business hours. Business hour is only 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. One key per room. Firm mattress that hardly sleep well. We may not interest staying there again that is why I put 1 STAR for all 8 nights.
