Okropnie panujący brud. Niezmieniona śmierdzącą pościel. Pełno włosów po poprzednim gościu w łóżku. Brudne, dziurawe ręczniki. Zażądałam wymiany ale dostałam równie nędzne. Grzyb na ścianie w łazience, niedziałająca spłuczka w sedesie. Ledwo trzymający się kran w umywalce. Powyrywane kontakty ze ścian.Obskurny prysznic, z brudnymi fugami i połamanymi płytkami. Zapach stęchlizny i brudu w całym hotelu. Śniadanie to jakieś nieporozumienie. Jedynie nadające się do zjedzenia to jaja ugotowane na twardo. Reszta marnie wyglądała i codziennie to samo..nie było nawet kawy nie wspominając o soku czy wodzie. Zero sprzątania czy wymiany ręczników przez 7 dni. Obsługa nie mówi praktycznie po angielsku. Zbierają się grupami w kilku panów i obserwują. Jedynym plusem była tylko lokalizacja.

Complete and utter scammers. The staff were insanely rude. Me and my grandmother stayed here for three nights as we were visiting on a short holiday. We were told on booking.com that we could pay by card. When we got here, they said the card reader wouldn't work since it was late (obviously a lie to avoid card fees) and that we could pay tomorrow. The rooms were abysmal. No trash bin inside the room, a fridge that was insanely loud and kept me up at night, the shower only ran cold and they gave you no soap for the sink. Speaking of the sink, it's drain LEAKED onto the floor, dripping water and smelling like drains. The bathroom had a vent that led to all the other bathrooms I think, all night I could hear other people on the toilet, one guest with an upset stomach. I tried to use the bedside lights to no avail, they didn't work.
The next morning, we tried to pay by card, but of course, the reader was broken now. They offered to take us to a currency exchange but we didn't have any cash apart from spending money (£100, not enough to pay for the rooms) because of course, we wanted to pay with card! They said we could do a bank transfer, huzzah. Finally we can get this done with. I placed an IBAN transfer with my bank and since it was an international transaction, it would take 0 to 4 business days, this was also on a Saturday. They said we could see if it was here tomorrow. We go to bed, wake up and they are upset that the money isn't in their account, even though we wanted to do card in the first place, but settled on bank transfer. Miraculously, the card reader was now working and they demanded we pay by card, even though the bank transfer was on the way. Luckily I had my amazing turkish friend to help translate since the staff did not speak any English. This argument between us saying it was done, and them wanting us to now pay by card went on for about 15 mins, with one of the men telling my friend.
