It's a comfortable hotel, centrally located with a rich history.
Pros:

A centrally located beautiful old hotel with a rich history and well preserved. Kids loved the breakfast buffet (chocolate muffins, croissant and nutella). The staff was helpful, especially Amjad and Arpita who kept checking to see if the kids needed anything. It was nice to see a specially abled person being employed by the hotel. He was able to communicate effectively, not just with us but also with the children.
Sainoor took us on a lovely heritage walk of the hotel, which has seen several national leaders (including Mahatma Gandhi) stay at some point or another.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was nice but the non-vegetarian spread could do with more options other than just chicken sausages. The pool, although nice, seemed a bit cramped since it sits in the centre of the

Pros:

The staff off desk were good and helpful. It was clean.

Cons:

Front desk staff at night was quite rude and unfriendly. The whole room had water droplets on floor from ac which had made the room floor slippery. We didn't know that we will be charged for extra bed. It was not mentioned while booking.
