Great location and very friendly staff
Rooms are really tired and noisy. Wifi is slow. Breakfast options are limited.
Clean
Asked for English Breakfast Tea staff did not know. At breakfast asked for espresso but got latte. Fixed breakfast menu so did not get egg florentine. Asked to remove service charge from in room dining but despite cutting it in food bill, it was charged.
Breakfast was good. Good spread of food. The lady marking room number and guiding you to the table was really good - polite.
Bar is outside the hotel in the next building which makes it really difficult to enjoy. It is open until mid night. Bar tender, Mr Deepak, is a good guy - cooperative and polite. I forgot the name of the guy who made cocktail for us - great guy and made superb cocktail for us.
Room service is pathetic. Despite repeated calls they do not attend to the request. Avoid ordering mutton dishes, Quality of meat of my order was really bad, though taste of gravy was good.
My room size was big and good. Do not expect any good view from the window.
We had access to the lounge, evening drinks and food was good. Worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very luxurious, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent. I will definitely come back again in the future!
It was a very nice experience with very helpful staff. I have a 4 instead of a 5 only because very little of the Heritage has been preserved. Ramesh at the reception was particularly helpful as he took trouble to explain sight seeing opportunities

Our experience at the hotel and its restaurant was excellent and truly enjoyable. Thanks to Amjad, Rajib Mondal and Tapas Sir for their hospitality. It’s a very pleasant experience having a stay here and the location is located in the centre of the city with all accessibility. Hospitality staffs like Sainur, Ria, Ankesh & Dipankar were too kind enough and made us it even more pleasant stay
Very good stay, complimentary Breakfast was excellent taste with all the cusines,if coming for kolkata Biometric US visa then prefer here, check in counter staff were very friendly especially sainur, Ankesh, Dipankar, Ria, kudous to the team.
