Ambience & heritage !!

Cons:

Room service for basic facilities were delayed. Despite informing no one came for luggage pick up while checking out. The lady at reception was very unresponsive. However, other staff were very cooperative.

Still stands out as the first five star hotel of Asia.
Pros:

Beautiful bengal’s heritage, staff everywhere and at the alfresco breakfast area were very attentive specially Amjaad. Super close to the key area in the old part of the city, only walking distance to the millennium park and 10 min drive all other tourist attractions.

Nothing really to mention.
