Fantastic hotel once you get there.
Pros:

Nice family room. Great breakfast. Shuttle service from the airport.

Cons:

We received an email three days before our stay, chasing us for payment (after we had already paid via booking.com). The email said:"reply before 5 or we will cancel your booking". I read the email at 5.30 and got really stressed. Booking.com was contacted and everything got sorted.

Our stay was perfect for our needs. Great food, friendly staff and good facilities
Pros:

The location was excellent for us as we just needed to be close to the airport. We were also happy to be able to use the gym which was fairly well equipped. The outside heated pool looked lovely but we didn’t have time to use it as it closes as 19h. The outside area looked lovely at night with all the lights.

Cons:

There was nothing I’d complain about, all excellent

My stay was fabulous
Pros:

I liked the following; location, room, food ambience, comfortability of the beds, cleanliness of the place, staff. I also liked the fact that they have 24hrs shuttle service and that it is complimentary service

Cons:

Price. It needs to be more affirdable

A great airport hotel
Pros:

It is the best hotel we stayed in Nairobi — very modern with good facility and services. And they offer free airport transfer, and very close to the airport, which is the reason we booked here. We had an early morning flight, and they prepared a packed breakfast box for us.

Cons:

The airport shuttle is by hour. We had hoped to leave at 5:30 am, but we have to choose between 5:00 am and 6:00 am. Be aware.

Clean, airport shuttle, safe, modern. But with loud club noise and payment glitches.
Pros:

Very close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. Comfortable beds. Clean and modern.

Cons:

Our room faced an area where a club was playing loud music all night long. Also, for some reason the hotel claimed that my payment with booking.com did not go through, even though I had already received a receipt from booking.com. The hotel sent me an email just after 5pm two days before my scheduled arrival that since their hotel is fully booked, if I didn’t respond by 6pm, they would cancel my reservation. Being on vacation with intermittent internet, I received the message with panic closer to 7pm. I was able to eventually connect with a manager through WhatsApp and the issue was resolved. However, it was extremely stressful!

Pros:

Las instalaciones son excelentes, buena comida, el bar es agradable. Las habitaciones modernas con las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar la estadía

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones tuvo muchos inconvenientes con las luces y tuvieron que esperar para tener alguna solución. El shuttle para llegar al aeropuerto se demoró en salir, las personas no tenían ningún afán por cumplir los horarios generando una preocupación innecesaria.
