Perfect stay near the airport with lots of comfort
Pros:

The beds were one of the most comfortable I have experienced. Super clean rooms. Very quiet airport hotel, friendly staff. Great variety at breakfast buffet. Nice pool and well equipped gym. Pick-up and drop-off worked very well.

Disappointing for a hotel with a high profile
Pros:

Close to JKIA for easy access to airport collections and drop offs. Easy access from Nairobi Expressway. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

There was a function on in the hotel gardens which was extremely loud and went on until 2300hrs. This prevented me from sleeping. I was due to collect from JKIA at 0530hrs. This is not very good for the hotel as individuals will go elsewhere for a better nights sleep. Smoking is not monitored or controlled around the hotel, this needs to be enforced by the staff as it disrupts other customers.

Could be a good hotel but needs better organization/management
Pros:

Breakfast stopped at 8:30 which is too early. Otherwise it seemed good, but unfortunately I didn't get much too eat as I arrived at 8:20

Cons:

The pre-arranged airport pickup was not at the airport when I arrived- not good for an airport hotel

Disappointing for what is advertised as a high end hotel
Pros:

The hotel is close to JKIA. Easy to reach from the Expressway. Staff are friendly, albeit a little slow with service.

Cons:

Individuals not smoking in the correct areas which in turn ruins the experience for other customers. Staff at reception not efficient at their roles. I paid on arrival, but was still asked to pay on departure, i had to prove that i had already paid - this is very inefficient. Functions in the hotel which cause excessive noise and disturbance to other guests, especially when we have early flights to meet/check-in for in the morning.

Layover stay
Pros:

The staff was really amazing, from the driver to the receptionist and room service. Really warm and welcoming.
The hotel is conveniently located for long layovers and appears to be well maintained! The room was superb! Very spacious and well equipped with everything I needed and some. I have no complaints and can't wait to visit again.

Pros:

Conveniently located near Nairobi International Airport, the booking included free airport transfers, fast check-in, modern amenities in the rooms, a wide breakfast menu, and all staff offered customer-friendly service.
