Disappointing
Pros:

Good location on little Collins St, easy to find.
Lovely soft bathrobes, and plenty of storage for clothes.
Fridge for storing food was nice to have.

Cons:

Room service took almost an hour (after quoting no more than half an hour) and was cold when it arrived.
Hot water wasn't properly hot - on maximum heat it was what I would call more lukewarm, and because there was no shower screen the heat escaped so showering was not pleasant on a cold morning!

Lovely and luxurious city staycation that is close to everything
Pros:

Good service, food is available for 24 hours (room service), clean pool and steam room. Room is very spacious and quiet.

Cons:

Would be great to have a free carpark

The wifi did not work - this is the most basic requisite for a business hotel. The front desk did not manage the complaint at all.

Pros:

Room was awesome, easy to get to, super easy to access gym, pool and dining area. Staff were really friendly, always saying hello and goodbye as you come and went.

Cons:

On site parking was expensive, had to park across the road at a multi storey car park.

Pros:

Pool and spa was good.
Breakfast was great.

Cons:

We booked a Cityview room specifically paying extra for the room.
We ended up getting a room with no view at all in 4 th floor. There was some grills blocking our view from the glass.
Room looked a bit old and not at all modern looking for the price
