Comfortable, but would not stay again.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

I initially booked because of the 24hr room service. I was disappointed to find out that after 10pm the food options were pitiful and over priced for the serving sized.

Chill out in arty Melbourne
Pros:

Loved corner room in quiet location of hotel. Staff very friendly especially the Irish man! Gorgeous serene pool.
Breakfast plentiful.

Cons:

Lack of chill space later at night. Bar closed early and no future facilities available yo guests.
Poor choice for inroom dining for 5 star. No option to request anything eg. Sandwich.
No gluten free options on inroom dining menu.

absolutely not worth the price
Pros:

the house keeper Ash was amazing and so friendly,
the location is great

Cons:

absolutely appalled by this place, the front desk staff are so incredibly rude, didnt even offer to help me downstairs with my bags when i was solo with 2 kids under 3 and 3 suitcases , there was 3 of them at the desk and no other guests at the time. the rooms are sub par and not worth the price

Very disappointing stay.
Pros:

Nice enough hotel with friendly staff. Bedroom a little dated and stains on furniture. Mould around bathtub fixtures wasn’t pleasant.

Cons:

The pool and spa are the same temperature which is cold. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and it was too cold to get in. The food at dinner in the restaurant was awful. We ate the fries and a bit of it but sent most back. Our complaints were met with an apology but no deductions were made despite a confident commitment to do so by one of the staff members. Breakfast buffet was very average. We won’t be back.
