Really terrible for the Sheraton !
Pros:

I booked it because of the cbd location
There was not much at all that was good about the place

Cons:

Room was Not as advertised on the bookings.com pictures,
Stayed from Saturday 11th April until mon 13th April
No staff at reception
Car parking space was a joke so small we couldn’t even open our car doors to get out of the car once we parked!
Indoor pool & spa was really cold ( supposed to be heated )
No assistance at all or room cleaning!!
Was not worth the money
I have stayed at much better places for much less & got much better service & value

Comfy and close but no view
Pros:

Location was great - close to restaurant and theatre and sporting events
Beds new and comfortable
There was no traffic noise
Large beds and clean spacious bathroom

In the heart of the city!
Pros:

Right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Easy to access the town. Great amenities, comfortable bed. Would return when I visit Melbourne again!

Great place to stay in the CBD of Melbourne.
Pros:

Very close to the CBD, within very close walking distance to the trams. Would definitely recommend to stay here. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Maybe would have been nice to have a blanket in the room for just in case. but couldn’t fault otherwise.
