Prime location and so close to tram and train stations.
Pros:

Excellent location! The room size is decent. We had a twin bed room and my daughter can stay for free which is good value. The toilet flush was faulty. They had it fixed when we went out for dinner pretty quick but it was not working again the second night and the hotel offered another room for us which was no drama.

A positive experience overall
Pros:

Good central location. Toilet exhaust fan. Large bed. Bedside tables had drawers. Staff were excellent. Plenty of room and spaces to place luggage and clothing.

Cons:

Lack of toilet brush was appalling. Had to buy my own!!!! Fairly old furnishings. Restaurant menu was bizarre and did not cater for normal tastes. No wonder there were very few people in the restaurant. Half sized shower screen caused water to go everywhere in the bathroom
