Pros:

The location was ideal for us. Parking in the multi level carpark within 100m at a reasonable price and 200m to a taxi to get to Marvel Stadium.

Great staff, good facilities and awesome location.
Pros:

It was dark! You could sleep in without knowing the time of day.

Cons:

TV was hard to operate and the air-conditioning was confusing at first.

Good room, uncomfortable bed
Pros:

Check in was fine (after negotiating the concierge on ground floor to who directs you to the first floor).
Room was large, bathroom requires blind to be drawn unless you are an exhibitionist (my wife thought there was a one way mirror, not even frosted)!
Major disappointment was the bed. It was so soft that when either person moved, the other followed.
We were also awoken by knocks on the door and a phone call at midnight. When we asked what these related to at reception the following morning, they said we had requested an electric adapter. However one had already been left in the room. Would you really deliver this at midnight?
Enjoyed breakfast but not the local restaurant the concierge directed us to.

The gorgeous room marred by untrained staff
Pros:

A magnificent room marred by poor staff situations caused an erratic stay
Yuy enter the hotel in unstaffed doorway and there is an unstaffed concierge desk with a sign to go up
One floor .

The staff seems truly untrained and unable to answer the most basic of questions from how to ride tram to a location or where to eat . Every question a normal tourist asks seems confusing to answer

We had a magnificent room and sadly the staff is not up

Very Nice Hotel, Excellent Service, Friendly Staff
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here very much. After a long overnight flight, we were able to check in very early. Gina at the front desk was very helpful. Every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant and provided great service. We also purchased the breakfast package, which included a very nice breakfast buffet with nice options. Bed was comfortable, hotel was very quiet. Good location in CBD and Chinatown. We would stay here again.

Great location fab indoor pool
Pros:

We stayed for 6 nights during the .AO. it is a 15 minute walk to AO and trams to the city are only 5 minutes away. The pool is a great area and would be ideal during winter. Staff were friendly and our cleaner on floor 9 exceptional. The tennis floor was the only disappointment as it was not patronised and closed early before the main matches at AO were started. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Underwhelming and uncomfortable
Pros:

The bath

Cons:

The beds were terrible, rock hard and what was supposed to be a king bed was 2 singles pushed together which is normal but they were different heights ! There was smoke coming in our room and I couldn't breathe had an asthma attack
