Great place to stay.
Pros:

Location was great, close to everything. "Room was fantastic, felt like a little home.

Cons:

Would have been good to have a decent smoking area, going to front car park was horrible.

Nice French Quarter spot. Fairly quiet while still being close to everything.
Pros:

If you want to be in walking distance to everything French quarter this is a great location. The pool and hot tub area was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment, and it was on the 3rd floor, and this is not your typical 3rd floor , these were steep winding stairs. We were staying for a week so carrying heavy suitcases, coolers, and groceries ect…. was crazy. There are definitely people who would not be able to do it. Also, the dishwasher was broken and had clearly been broken a long time. Washing dishes was not on my vacation plan. There is no parking so plan on paying a significant additional amount if you’re bringing a car.

Pros:

Everything. It felt like home. Loved the ambience created by the furniture, lovely little balcony perfect for breakfast in the sun. Great location, very safe and lovely staff.

Cons:

The staff failed to send door codes even after messaging them multiple times on the day of arrival. phone was not answered when I called. only because Mark was present at his front desk he saw us knocking on the door, opened the door and connected to the property management to get our room passcode. That made us feel bad and frustrated. Not a good hospitality practice.
Beware that property charges $100 if the name of the guest is changed after booking was completed. In our case, property couldn't charge my credit card and they cancelled the entire booking for my second room leaving my friends homeless 2 days prior to arrival. As the result, they had to book another hotel for much higher prize. Money for the cancelled reservation were not refunded (over $900).

Fantastic location, place needs an update.
Pros:

The location was great during Mardi Gras. Very central but far enough from the noise to get a good night’s sleep. We also felt it was a safe location.

Cons:

Our bathroom was disgusting. Old tub that they had obviously tried to refinish. The finish was flaking off, the grout was very black and moldy and the shower door frame was so low, that my husband hit his head on it every time he had to get in or out of the shower. The bathroom floor, which I believe was supposed to be white or ivory was also very dirty

Einrichtung der Zimmer,,alles da was man braucht,,Küche usw.Ruhe zur Straße, Balkon,,müheloses ein -und ausschecken und alles sauber,Alle Attraktionen im French Quartier zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

KLimaanlagen von draußen nachts ,auch von Nachbarhäusern Zulaut, Wasser zum waschen plätschert nur ganz langsam,,beim Duschen schwierig.Treppen für die oberen Etagen soo schmal das schwierig wird das Gepäck zu transportieren,,vor allen für Ältere Gäste.Hellhörigkeit der Zimmernachbarn,,sprechen und schnarchen zum mithören,,hatten zum Glück nur eine von vier Nächten das vergnügen

Pros:

De deur uit en meteen ben je in het gebied met de restaurantjes, cafeetjes en de gezelligheid. Terwijl dit gebied vol met mensen is, gezelligheid is en rumoer, is daar niets van te merken als je in je appartementje/ kamer bent. Je kan er compleet tot rust komen na een dag/ avond in New Orleans. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, een kookplaat, koelkast, goede en lekker liggende bedden, servies en bestek, you name it. Heel de stad is op loopafstand van Grenoble House. Wat ons betreft 100% een aanrader voor een city trip New Orleans!
