Fabulous
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The York beachfront Holiday apartments. The location is right across the road from the beach which is lovely and quiet. I enjoyed the pool and local cafe walking distance, only a couple of minutes away. Ed and May are friendly and very accommodating. I'll be back next year.

Cons:

Netflix very slow and glitchy but not really an issue.

The best Host and Hostess I have ever met in all my years of travelling around Australia!
Ed and May are the best!
Worth staying there just knowing you will be well looked after.
The gardens are so beautifully landscaped!

Cons:

There's 3 levels. So, maybe an issue of mobility if on top floor. But can climb slowly, I managed it.

Comfortable stay near the beach
Pros:

The York was a great place to base ourselves for a couple weeks. It was clean, comfy, and quiet. We enjoyed having a nice big balcony and a pool, too. Managers Ed and May (Mai?) are very personable, helpful, and easy to talk with. We would go back, for sure.

Lohnt sich zu übernachten
Pros:

Wir waren innerhalb von 2 Wochen sogar 2 mal dort weil uns alles so gefallen hat, es ist familiär durch die netten Gastgeber und die tolle Hotelanlage mit dem Garten und Pool und man hört das Meeresrauschen.

Es lohnt sich dort zu übernachten
Pros:

Es ist toll dort, mit super Pool und direkt am Meer, wir konnten zu Fuß zum Pool laufen und im Mondschein schwimmen und morgens lockte uns ein toller Sonnenaufgang an den Strand.
Es ist sauber, ordentlich und prima dort mit genug Platz.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich.
Wir wollen auf dem Heimweg jetzt ein 2tes Mal dort wohnen.

Apart from ‘our’ impression of the furniture it was fine. IE you get what you pay for. I’d suggest older guests may have

Clean, location and staff. Great Tourist Information and covered Parking. Units were nice but just a bit tired

Cons:

Furnishings. Bed had obviously been obtained from a fire sale at Bogga Rd Gaol and the lounge, honestly was terrible. Hard plastic covered cushions made for very uncomfortable relaxing while trying to watch the equally poor TV. It was about as slow as a wet week
