Best hotel
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful very clean and awesome breakfast! room was excellent and very big had the stove and fridge and dishwasher.The pool area is awesome too I will stay here again for years to come 😀 😄

Perfect stay and will be back ( that's how great it was even with pool being clised!!!)

Nice. Clean, friendly staff. Felt very safe location.

Cons:

Would have liked pool to be open. Even if pool was not clean, I would have liked sitting outside by it.

Bonnie was on shift when we arrived and she was so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and the room was very clean.

Cons:

There were some loud kids, but obviously that’s not the hotels issue.

Overall it worked for what I needed.
Pros:

food was good and coffee was plentiful. Would like to have seen more fruit options and not just whole milk for cereal. Room was comfy.

Cons:

it would have been nice to have the pool open, even just for sitting around. It's a nice common area, just wasn't open. -- They really really need to replace all shower heads, the shower head was super gunked up and went EVERYWHERE.

Overall was a good stay. Just minor details.
Pros:

Very clean, in a good location.

Cons:

The shower head was too high up for me to reach and change the water flow, I’m 5’ 3” and was standing on tip toe. There was a tile on the bathroom floor that was not secured at all. Could not access the hotel pool.

I stay here everytime we visit Rockport never had a great experience . Thank you for the comfortability and hospitality!

Staff super accommodating and friendly!

Cons:

Some of the lights in our room didn’t work but wasn’t that big of a deal. We was barely in the room.
