Front desk was absolutely nice and helpful!
The only thing I could say is I wash they could vacuum a bit better in the room. We found some cereal from previous guests in our room as we arrived. Other than that, it was great.
Location was great.
The room was not clean at all, there was hair that did not belong to us all over the shower/tub and the room was very musty and the hallways were hot. The pool area had no towels for use, and the pool was very murky and had allege growing on the sides. We booked this hotel because of the EV chargers and location. When we arrived they stopped working and we were supposed to be notified by the hotel staff when they started working again. We were never notified and one car in particular used the one compatible charge the entire time we were there even though his was done charging he would never move it and the hotel never asked them to move once they were done.
The Location
Breakfast was fine, except that they should put more bariety, and not the same daily.
Location was good
Broken floor lamp. Poor lighting. No comfortable chair and the sofa was hard and uncomfortable. Eggs and meat were cold. Juice was terrible flavor.
The restroom sink was clogged, very very slow draining. Shower had hair in the tub, and light by bed did not work. Staff at check out and were good.
Like the atmosphere staff was friendly and the cleanness was on point and breakfast was amazing
