Convenience to the Huntsville Hospital

Cons:

Communication between Booking.com and the hotel reservation. Overcharged an extra day on credit card which is still pending on my credit card as a credit. 😔

Excellent front desk customer service and lovely property.
Pros:

The property was up-to-date. Clean. Professional. The reason I give the property five stars is because of the front desk customer representative, Dalton. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. He made sure those requests were met with professionalism, and excellent customer service. Much appreciated.

Pros:

Do not go here!!!! My husband is having heart surgery so we booked a room here as soon as we found out that it was right across from the hospital. I confirmed our stay when I got an email asking me to do so , and I even spoke with someone on the phone before we made the trip down there to assure that we still had our room. When we go there OUR ROOM WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE else !!!!!!!!! The hotel paid for us to stay at another hotel several blocks away. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal but we are in special circumstances. My husband’s surgery is at 5:30 in the morning and we will have to be there at 4:00 am. It sure would have been nice if the hotel could have been more organized. The hotel guy was sweet and a smooth talker but we were still inconvenienced because of incompetence.
