Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel avec parking gratuit parfait, très bien situé. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, avec du choix autant en chaud qu'en froid. La chambre (avec espace cuisine) était propre et spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, ce qui était parfait pour se reposer après une grosse journée. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Cons:

La piscine était fermée. A notre arrivée, une grosse partie de la vaisselle était sale, dans le lave vaisselle qui n'avait pas été enclenché.

Pros:

I liked the room and the additional towels such as the makeup towel on the bathroom counter. The staff was great and very friendly. I did have an issue with my booking that I didn't notice until after I had checked out. I had requested late checkout and I wasn't made aware that I had been granted that when I checked in HOWEVER I reached out to them via chat from the Hilton app and the person that handled my chat was very helpful and accommodating and processed a refund for the additional charge.

Cons:

I didn't like that the TV in the room wasn't a smart TV so I wasn't able to stream apps like Netflix, HBO Max. And also the remote to the TV was dirty with food on it. I also wasn't a fan of the breakfast (you can take this with a grain of salt) there wasn't many breakfast options.

Pros:

The walkability to everything, the staff was AMAZING, loved them.. Everywhere you looked was in immaculate condition... Room was spacious, warm, cozy...The large refrigerator was a plus. .Grounds were manicured, the outdoor furniture was beautiful and so comfortable... I enjoyed my stay and I hope to be back again soon... Loved every minute of it...

Breakfast could use a little help...

Cons:

Communication between Booking.com and the hotel reservation. Overcharged an extra day on credit card which is still pending on my credit card as a credit. 😔

Excellent front desk customer service and lovely property.
Pros:

The property was up-to-date. Clean. Professional. The reason I give the property five stars is because of the front desk customer representative, Dalton. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. He made sure those requests were met with professionalism, and excellent customer service. Much appreciated.
