Bad service by Hotel staff
Pros:

Hotel staff cancelled the booking by themselves and on the day of booking called me to provide a cancellation request.... that was pathetic

Location. That's about it.
Pros:

La Capitol's biggest USP is its location, slap bang in the middle of Panjim's commercial district, and the heritage quarter is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel's reception is dinky and not very professional looking. The rooms are small but fairly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast - Indian + eggs - and was pretty decent.

The profile of guests at this hotel is kind of odd. Loads of uncouth, parochial bachelors. The hotel is fairly expensive for what it offers and am surprised many of its guests can even afford it.

Good Hotel with a few issues!!
Pros:

Good things 1st:
Great location for work,play & shop!!
Neat comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, great service liked it!! Morning staff very friendly & helpful .

Now the BAD things:
Room 305 has rats in the false ceeling. (Room changed the next day) Night staff should learn to be courteous. Bad laundry service, & expensive. Hotel should keep loud guests in check. No hotel restaurant.
