Categories

Cleanliness
9
Frequently praised: 'los cuartos impecables', daily housekeeping, 'Habitación limpias y cómodas'. Some mentions of humidity aroma and need for ventilation, but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
9
Generally positive: staff described as friendly, helpful, accepted luggage and were praised in multiple reviews. A minority mentioned less-hospitable staff, but overall service sentiment is favorable.
Location
9
Consistently highlighted as excellent: central, walking distance to shops and 5th Avenue, close to transport and markets. Downsides: noise due to nearby nightclub and general street noise at night.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable in many reviews, with good bedding for some guests; however several comments note uncomfortable mattresses/pillows for some, bathroom needing renovation, and occasional humidity odor.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed: pool and central patio praised, but missing or limited amenities noted (no bar, no included breakfast, small complimentary water, pool sometimes under repair). Overall amenities are adequate but constrained.
Value for Money
9
Many guests call it good value or 'great value for your $$', praising location and comfort for the price. Minor complaints about small extra charges (coffee) do not outweigh perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7
Weaker area: multiple mentions of no included breakfast, lack of coffee provided despite in-room coffee makers, and no bar. Guests often sourced food elsewhere.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall impression is very positive: strong location, cleanliness, friendly staff and good value result in high overall satisfaction despite noted noise, limited F&B and occasional maintenance issues.

Bonito y bien ubicado
Pros:
