Cons:

Very rudely behaviour of hotel staff,bad room in room only one electric socket is working condition, can't recharge two mobile at one time or on TV no air conditioning we not recommend to anyone to waist your money and in this hotel.

Unhygienisches, von Ungeziefer befallenes Zimmer, sofortiger Hotelwechsel und trotz Zusage keine Rückerstattung erhalten

Absolutes Desaster. Das Zimmer war vollkommen unhygienisch und von Ungeziefer befallen. Die Bettlaken waren mit Löchern und Flecken versehen. Ich habe das Hotel sofort gewechselt, da ich keine weitere Sekunde dort verbringen wollte.

Ich verlangte mein Geld zurück, jedoch teilte mir der Hotelbesitzer mit, dass eine Stornierung nur über Booking möglich sei, was einige Zeit dauern würde. Anschließend könne er mir den Betrag zurücküberweisen.

Seitdem kam keine weitere Nachricht mehr vom Hotelier. Das Geld wurde einbehalten und das gegebene Ehrenwort nicht eingehalten.
