Nice stay

It was the worst hotel experience ever, dont recommend anyone to stay in this property, every individual intracted during our stay was rude and unprofessional.

Ok place to stay if just for a couple of nights. Very hard to access via road as it’s down a really narrow street that a car can barely pass through.

A bit tricky to get to if arriving by car. But the hotel is in a vibrant local neighbourhood, offering a taste of everyday life in Delhi.

Close to public transport. Toilet leaked, key card didn't work for the room. Staff was friendly and helpful in booking transportation.

Rooms are nice but very small. Bathroom is well equipped but very small. Staff are very helpful and food at restaurant is good. Hotel is close to metro and markets

Clean bedding & towels, but no bedside lights. Good food and reasonably priced alcohol pn the roof terrace.

Awful. Lobby was grand but rooms lack cleanliness. Managers were good general staff dont care. Wouldn't stay here again.

This is a great hotel in a ideal location. It is handy to the rail station. It has day and night markets and lots of shops within a minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are so very professional and very very helpful. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Breakfast is good. The menu for the room service or restaurant is great value with lovely food. Must try the chicken spring roll.. Its huge delicious and enough for two people. The roof top garden is a lovely spot to sit for dinner or just a drink. They have no problem with you drinking your own alcohol up there and are happy to supply glasses and ice. We found tipping 100 rupier (about $2.50) was greatly appreciated by all staff and they could not do enough for you. Will be staying at this hotel again. One tip though is to give the address to drivers ahead of time if possible as it is a little hard to find down a laneway. Drivers need to drive through the market to get to your laneway. Allow 20 mins extra if booking a car to airport .

Stayed because i was joining a tour starting from here. Car from the airport had difficulty finding it. Very friendly welcome and lovely room. Also stayed last night of tour. Happy night of tour. Happy to hold bag not needed on tour. Breakfast was adequate. Ordered dinner one night. Huge portions and very nice. Plenty money changers to the left with good rates and street market to right. Rooms are comfortable, wakable distance from metro station, Breakfast not very good.... WIFI is very very bad, even it take a small KB mail to download. Hotel not recommended for business travel for tourists ok...

Nice rooms, friendly staff and excellent food in the restaurant ( altogether much better than the raj palace directly over the road where we stayed at the previous night)

I stayed here three times and had a great experience. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe both in the hotel and the area around it. The staff are very accommodating, its a convenient location for shopping and the metro. and the restaurant is very good for dinner.
