Wonderful stay , great service, very comfortable bed and excellent aircon. Staff were lovely .
Pros:

The staff at Grand Orion Kailash were wonderful and really took care of me. They were very kind and helpful and respectful at all times, helping me with my luggage and cleaning my room each day.
The hotel is very safe with a gate at the front and security guard and doorman. Room service was wonderful and very obliging. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent. Look forward to staying here again. I was made to feel like family in the two weeks I was here. Fantastic!
Pros:

Everything. For me, location. Great clean large room with facilities. Exceptionally friendly helpful staff. All floor staff amazing. Especially Santosh. Great food and varied menu in their restaurant. Great staff there too.

Cons:

Its dates and needs a refurb. The toilet flush was broken and the shower had lime scale buildup. The food was over priced and the owner refused to honor the 20% discount on the food that was offered at the time of the booking.
