Séjour agréable, l’établissement est sympathique
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien situé dans la ville, le beach club est très bien, on est très près de la mer, le personnel est gentil et réactif aussi bien à la réception qu’aux restaurants.

Cons:

Certains équipements sont trop vieux, le petit déjeuner est moyen c’est globalement trop cher pour ce que c’est d autres établissements proposent des séjours moins chers avec des prestations supérieures mais sont plus loin de la plage, on paye la proximité de tout.

Pros:

La localisation, la configuration intimiste, petit hôtel avec plage arboré. Le charme bohème.

Cons:

Une petite rénovation pourrait être envisagée, pas de repas pour les jeunes enfants.

Pros:

Nos encantó el lugar, esta frente a la playa que es muy rica, el personal es atento. Tienen un restaurant/bar que es increíble para ver el atardecer, se genera un ambiente muy entretenido.

Cons:

No es su culpa, pero justo al lado del hotel estaban construyendo, entonces estuvimos cerca de 5 días y siempre nos despertábamos por el ruido de la construcción que comenzaba a las 8 am. Entonces es difícil continuar descansando.
Aunque fuimos en época que no tocaba sargazo, nos tocaron 2 días en que no se podía entrar a la playa por la gran cantidad de algas. Lamentablemente, aunque lo sabíamos, el hotel no cuenta con piscina, por lo que no había mucho más que hacer si ya habías recorrido el pueblo.

Les sargasses non ramassées..dommage vu la taille de la plage..la construction d'un gros bâtiment juste a côté de l'hotel et la taille de la chambre, très petite pour 3 personnes.

Pros:

Wirklich super Team, das sich richtig herzlich um ihre Gäste kümmert und rund um die Uhr per WhatsApp erreichbar ist. Die Rezeption an sich ist bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt. Selbst im Vorfeld wurde jegliche Hilfe per WhatsApp angeboten und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Hotel ist super schön angelegt. Es sieht wirklich traumhaft aus. Das Frühstück ist gut, leider nur sehr kleine Portionen im Preis inbegriffen. Die Zimmer/ Hütten sind sehr schön, sehr sauber. Das Bett ist wirklich bequem. Ein Kühlschrank und ein Safe sind vorhanden. Fön und weitere Bettwäsche o.ä. kann man sich an der Rezeption holen. Auch wenn es einem nicht gut geht, hat die Rezeption Paracetamol und Ähnliches da.

Cons:

Am Strand lag sehr viel Seetank, wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann (es war auf der ganzen Insel der Fall). Das Team hat aber alles dafür getan, diesen zu beseitigen und somit den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen.

Wonderful hotel in Holbox with calming energy
Pros:

I am so glad we chose this propeity, it was the perfect location. The energy was relaxed, not too crowded, it was quiet, amazing coffee shop and beach club.

There was some construction next door but it wasn’t loud,

Pros:

Excellent location. We had a non working AC, but the problem was addressed quickly. Bar/restaurant staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Presence of yapping dogs, particularly from one set of guests who made no attempt to address this. Extremely annoying when you are eating or having a sunset drink and trying to relax. We understand you offer a pet friendly hotel, but these guests must be responsible for not disturbing other guests and this should be enforced.

Beautiful Beach Front Hotel in Holbox
Pros:

Property is beautiful and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The beach is wonderful and can watch beautiful sunsets right from there. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here while in Holbox.

Très bel hôtel situé en bord de mer et proche du centre avec tous les commerces!
Pros:

L’hôtel était idéalement placé, proche du centre et des commerces/restaurants.
Le bar/restaurant en bord de mer apporte un charme supplémentaire à l’établissement.

Cons:

La chambre présente quelques signes de vécu : le sol se dégrade, la débit d’eau de la douche est faible

Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse
Pros:

El hotel está muy bonito y muy cómodo. No doy más 10 por que los pasaron de una habitación grande a una chica y había muchas carencias a lo que ya teníamos.

Cons:

Que no había agua caliente y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación
