Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, y accesible a todos lados. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación pero nos lo arreglaron súper bien! Tiene el beach club que creo es bastante importante en holbox.

Perfect location and lovely staff
Pros:

The beachfront location is honestly heaven on earth! The bar there was the best spot on the island for watching the sunset. Food was really nice and the staff were super helpful.

Cons:

For the price, I thought the rooms were a bit basic. The shower wasn’t great and as a short person I found the bathroom sink way too high. Our bedside lights didn’t work either and the mosquito nets over the beds had holes. It was all fine - we didn’t spend a massive amount of time in the room but worth bearing in mind if you’re expecting a bit more luxury.

Pros:

I like the room a lot. It was clean and the design tells so much about Holbox. The beach was great, except there was a bad smell from old sargazo.
The Staff is really friendly, particularly at the restaurant and at the bar.

Agradable estancia.
Pros:

Ubicación, que admiten mascotas , su cafetería.

Cons:

La habitación estaba un poco sucia la mesa y el piso cuando llegamos y creo que deben poner mas entusiasmo en limpiar su cachito de mar del sargazo pq los de alado estaban limpios menos ustedes.

Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de todo caminando, acceso a la playa limpia y el arbolado que hay en el lugar, hace que se sienta muy fresco todo.

Cons:

No contaba con piscina y en las fotos habia una piscina. Solo actualizar de acuerdo a lo que se ofrece en el momento, si es que habia remodalción

Lieu paradisaque confort à revoir
Pros:

L’emplacement est super en front de mer. Plage privée avec bar et restaurant. De la musique tous les soirs pour le sunset. Un moment génial. Sans la foule. L’hôtel est niché entre les palmiers dans un écrin de verdure. Cela a 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Attention il n’y a pas de piscine seul un accès à la plage transat gratuit faisant parti de l’hôtel. C’est un hôtel avec une deco et une thématique bohème chic.
Petit déjeuner vous choisissez un plat de la carte seulement pas de buffet à volonté … donc les gros mangeurs attention.

Cons:

Pour le prix les prestations sont très trop
Spartiate.
Nous étions en suite sur la plage jardin. L’hôtel est beau l’emplacement génial mais c’est tout.
La chambre ne représente pas du tout le luxe bohème chic.
Une chambre avec deux lits double et un bureau deux chaises. Une salle de bain toilettes.
Le tout en bois structure en bois basic. La literie est pas top pas de sèche cheveux pas de fer à repasser ou défroisser une Clim qui a une télécommande défaillante et qui fait un bruit atroce.
Les travaux de l’hôtel d’à côté ne dérange pas. Mais il faut aimé la musique que passe les ouvrier car elle est forte.
Entre les suites seul une séparation par des bois.
Donc peu d’intimité. Les voisins qui fument ou parle on entend tout.

Coucher de soleil imprenable !
Pros:

L'emplacement, et la bonne atmosphère qui règne au Zomay. La cabane à cocktail au bord de l'eau, top ! La musique très agréable. Le coucher de soleil imprenable !

Cons:

Les travaux juste à côté de notre chambre. Elle donnait sur les travaux, dommage pour nous.

Emplacement : à la fois calme et proche du centre ville
Cadre : l'hôtel se situe au milieu de palmiers, un cadre idyllique
Plage privée de l'hôtel, les transats et hamacs sont accessibles gratuitement
Restaurant + bar : possibilité de manger sur les transats de la plage privée. Bar très sympa face au coucher de soleil

Super Lage direkt am Strand, ruhig und zentral
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und hat einen eigenen Beach Club. Man konnte dort super verweilen und hat immer einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen haben wir dort nicht probiert, aber die Getränke waren super! Das Personal am Strand war super freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Man kommt vom Hotel schnell in die Stadt und hat alle Möglichkeiten, die die Insel zu bieten hat. Besonders gut hat mir der Power Yoga Kurs gefallen. Zwar leider ohne Meerblick, aber dafür auf einer schönen Plattform direkt am Hotel. Das Hotelbett war bequem und das Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Ansonsten war die Hotelanlage gut gepflegt - es wurde jeden Tag im „Garten“ gefegt und alles zu recht gemacht.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist. Die Ausstattung im Hotelzimmer ist recht alt und wirkt verbraucht. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren kaputt und durchgesessen. Die müsste man dringend erneuern. Das Zimmer wirkt generell dunkel und ungemütlich. Das könnte man mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten gut aufwerten. Auf der Terrasse könnte man auf der Holzliegefläche vielleicht ein paar Kissen einsetzen. Auch die Ausstattung im Beachclub wirkt in die Jahre gekommen. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Riesen Baustelle. Diese war zwar nicht wahnsinnig laut, aber für den Blick beeinträchtigt einen es schon - vor allem bei dem Preis, den man gezahlt hat und dies taucht bei der Buchung nicht als Hinweis auf. Das wird sicherlich noch einige Jahre dauern, bis das Gebäude fertiggestellt ist. Das Frühstück ist leider echt nicht gut. Im Hotel gibt es noch ein Café, wo man frühstücken kann, aber das nur gegen Bezahlung. Das kostenlose Frühstück ist dagegen mager. Kann man mal machen, aber nicht jeden Tag.
