Emplacement : à la fois calme et proche du centre ville
Cadre : l'hôtel se situe au milieu de palmiers, un cadre idyllique
Plage privée de l'hôtel, les transats et hamacs sont accessibles gratuitement
Restaurant + bar : possibilité de manger sur les transats de la plage privée. Bar très sympa face au coucher de soleil

Super Lage direkt am Strand, ruhig und zentral
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und hat einen eigenen Beach Club. Man konnte dort super verweilen und hat immer einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen haben wir dort nicht probiert, aber die Getränke waren super! Das Personal am Strand war super freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Man kommt vom Hotel schnell in die Stadt und hat alle Möglichkeiten, die die Insel zu bieten hat. Besonders gut hat mir der Power Yoga Kurs gefallen. Zwar leider ohne Meerblick, aber dafür auf einer schönen Plattform direkt am Hotel. Das Hotelbett war bequem und das Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Ansonsten war die Hotelanlage gut gepflegt - es wurde jeden Tag im „Garten“ gefegt und alles zu recht gemacht.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist. Die Ausstattung im Hotelzimmer ist recht alt und wirkt verbraucht. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren kaputt und durchgesessen. Die müsste man dringend erneuern. Das Zimmer wirkt generell dunkel und ungemütlich. Das könnte man mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten gut aufwerten. Auf der Terrasse könnte man auf der Holzliegefläche vielleicht ein paar Kissen einsetzen. Auch die Ausstattung im Beachclub wirkt in die Jahre gekommen. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Riesen Baustelle. Diese war zwar nicht wahnsinnig laut, aber für den Blick beeinträchtigt einen es schon - vor allem bei dem Preis, den man gezahlt hat und dies taucht bei der Buchung nicht als Hinweis auf. Das wird sicherlich noch einige Jahre dauern, bis das Gebäude fertiggestellt ist. Das Frühstück ist leider echt nicht gut. Im Hotel gibt es noch ein Café, wo man frühstücken kann, aber das nur gegen Bezahlung. Das kostenlose Frühstück ist dagegen mager. Kann man mal machen, aber nicht jeden Tag.

Personnel très gentil mais travaux à proximité et bazar sur la plage et dans l'eau de l'hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin, ils sont très gentils ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à deux pas du centre et face à la mer. Nous avons pu croiser des ratons laveurs très rigolos dans les espaces communs.
Le restaurant / bar sur la plage est excellent. Les cocktails sont bons et la vue pour le coucher de soleil est exceptionnelle !

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié avoir des gros travaux juste à côté (à la limite d'être dans l'espace de l'hôtel). Nous aurions souhaité être informé de ces nuisances sonores.
De plus, nous avons séjourné fin mars, et il y avait pas mal de sargasses, ainsi que des tuyaux, des ouvriers et des bouteilles en plastique de tout genre dans l'eau qui est face à l'hôtel. J'imagine que c'est à cause des travaux, mais du coup le fait d'avoir tout ce bazar dans l'eau empêche de pouvoir se baigner tranquillement. Ne comptez pas sur le fait de pouvoir barboter tranquillement dans une eau turquoise sans bazar autour de vous. Vraiment dommage.
La chambre n'était pas bien isolée et on entendait absolument tout: Nos voisins parlaient très forts, jusqu'à très tard, avec les cris et pleurs des enfants.

Nightmare, hammer, no beach

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. There were workers on the beach, and right next to it there was a massive construction site. The noise from the machinery was unbearable from morning until evening. There was absolutely no chance to relax. In reality, it was impossible to use the beach, even though the hotel shamelessly advertises it as private. To get any rest at all, we were forced to go to other beach clubs and spend whole day far away from sounds of hammers.

On top of that, raccoons were running around the hotel grounds, which created a serious concern regarding hygiene and safety. No one was cleaning the stinking seaweed (sargassum) on the beach, while neighboring hotels kept their beaches clean and well maintained.

The breakfasts were very basic and of poor quality, and the coffee and tea were simply awful. Absurdly, the hotel has a separate café with much better coffee and more interesting breakfast options.

Overall, the experience was horrible and nerve-wracking. Completely inconsistent with what was advertised and promised. Nearby hotels offer a much higher standard and better conditions at a similar or even lower price. I strongly do not recommend it. A total waste of money and nerves, unless you’re an engineer who wants to spend their holiday watching a construction site all day.

All together we had a nice stay :)
Pros:

The location was great and our room was really nice :) It had a good, laid back vibe with nice minimalistic design. The hotel crew was very helpful :)

Cons:

We were dissapointed with the breakfast. Not too many options to chose from and the food wasn’t that delicious, it was also very simple. It was okay but we expected better for this price.
