Disgusting and filthy
Pros:

Our room was nothing like the pictures. The hotel was also nothing like the pictures. It was filthy and disgusting. The shower was spraying water from the wall and no water sprayed from the shower head. The dishes were dirty and so was the appliances. DO NOT STAY!!!!

falling apart very old..needs to be updated
Pros:

it was very old and looks like a 1 star..nothing like the pictures...not worth the money that i paid for ..i would not recomend this hotel and i would never stay there again..and swimming beach is about 15 min driving nothing like its written here....

Great Price, Bad Deal
Pros:

Bad experience. No internet on my floor the whole trip. No hot water for shower. Shower was weird and dirty. No soap. Terrible towels. Complained to management but they fixed nothing.

VERY DIRTY, I TURNED AROUND & LEFT IMMEDIATELY
Pros:

Booked last minute 4 Sept in Tiberias, based on photos which looked okay, and price okay. First impression, filthy entrance, broken furniture, dirty windows, overall impression was terrible. I approached reception area inside the complex and cancelled the reservation. Receptionist told me I'd have to contact Orbitz/booking company. I left the building immediately and called Orbiz within one hour (18:00h 4 Sept local time). Operator told me she would have to contact hotel, which she did while I was placed on hold. She could not understand the phone "tree" as it was all in Hebrew. I never did get the call back promised.
