Griya Asri Hotel

The bathroom was shocking, not how it was advertised as a Delux room. Church the attached images and look at the bathroom pictures in hotels.com for how the Delux room is advertised. I couldn't take a shower or use the toilet in fear I would get sick. I asked for a refund and they said no. It was very late and all I could do was sleep in the bed.

enjoyed stay here ,bit run down since i last stayed here,earthquake damage not fixed.
but comfort level ok. and nice pool .breakfasts not the best.

The room was ok but we felt that it was very overpriced. Nothing to do around, you have to take a taxi if you want to get somewhere. It's ok if you stay for 1 night.

Hôtel très bruyant : passages toute la nuit dans le couloir, vendeurs de sarongs au petit déjeuner. Repas très médiocres. Photos trompeuses de l'environnement de la piscine : plutôt un motel qu'un hôtel

Friendly staff, good service and good facilities but not in a great location. Shops and restaurants were far.

Only had one night on the hotel,friendly staff and helpful! Nice and clean room. Free WiFi and I had a good breakfast.

Ok hotel, uden så mange faciliteter. Ikke så god service i restauranten, men receptionen var rigtig søde. Placeringen af hotellet var ikke prængende, da det ligger ud til en meget stor og trafikkeret vej. Vi bruger hotellet som en enkelt overnatning inden vi skulle videre

For an overnight in Mataram, this hotel is very reasonably priced and has a AC and a pool that sits off the main road and is quiet. As we had the standard (least expensive) room it was nothing special, but it was clean and comfortable and everything worked fine. We ordered room service which was really reasonably priced and the typical Indonesian fare was good. We were up too early for breakfast before we left for the airport - so unfortunately missed that so cannot review (although the front desk said we would be able to have coffee).

Etsimme huokeahkoa hotellia Mataramista missä olisi uima-allas ja sellaisen löysimme. Matkan tarkoitus oli jatkaa viisumia ja imigtation officelle kävelee vartissa. Muuten saarelta löytyy Mataramia kivempia paikkoja, mutta hotellissa itsessään ei ollut vikaa. SIistit huoneet ja kiva allas. Aamiais buffa oli ehkä pettymys, mutta menetteli.

O hotel é muito bom; quartos limpos, café da manhã bom, pessoal do hotel receptivo e prestativo. O único problema é para quem quer conhecer as ilhas Gili fica longe do porto. Custo benefício bom mas se perde muito tempo no trânsito.

Nice hotel, perfect for short stay. Room was clean en shower was brilliant. Also dinner at hotel tastes really good, altough the atmosphere isnt that attractive to eat at the hotel. Stayed in both standard room and deluxe with terrace. Surprisingly, bathroom in standard room was way more comfortable and was way more luxe. Bathroom in deluxe did not look clean at all, due to the material it was build from.

Swimmingpool is nice after a long day, although not clean.

Bagus untuk short stay dan lokasi dekat kampus Unram.

Hotelanlage zum Teil noch im Bau.
Schönes großes Badezimmer mit Freiluftdusche.
Der Pool mit Begrünung drumherum ist sehr schön.
Familiäres ambiente. Nach Wunsch zum Frühstück Pancackes bekommen.

We left a day early at this hotel! It was manageable but I have never seen so many Mosquitos in one room! The bathroom smelt horrendous we had to go and buy a air freshner! The hotel could be really nice if they pay some attention to the rooms otherwise the pool area is quite nice! The food was bad aswell and there's no where nearby to get anything- we ha to get a taxi to get some beer as they don't sell this either! I'd stay here if we had no other option however we went back to Sengiggi beach where there was more happening!

we had a good time, on the beach on different locations, mountain Rinjani and country side beautiful sights.

At check in we were offered a very bad, dirty an noisy room.
As we looked for another hotel we were transferred to a much nicer room near the swimming pool.

The hotel is really close to Mataram mall. Breakfast was sometimes buffet and other times just tea and toast brought to your room. Not all staff had good English and there was a bit of miscommunication. Our toilet was broken but they were happy to come and fix it a few times.
