Good place for those who don't care about hwo much to pay.
Pros:

Clean, calm, and very convenient. Checking in very smooth. I booked one night by mistake, and they canceled it for me for free. Staffs are very friendly.

Cons:

I used to stay in the same room for just 9,000JPY. It was good value for money. Now it costs more than 20,000 which make it not attractive anymore.
