Very good hotel. Service in reception can be improved will be good.
Pros:

Breakfast staff have provided excellent service. They are very helpful and polite. Always very attentive to customer.
Facilities are very clean.
Rooms are very clean.

Cons:

For office staff rushing to work the check-out time of 10am is o.k.
But for tourist the check-out time should follow international practice which is 12 noon. Can consider to offer tourist up to 12noon will be good.

Reception staff are not so friendly compared to other hotels.

東京での宿泊所みつけました
Pros:

朝食、ロケーション、清潔、静けさ、みんな良かったです。
　　ベッドのマットと枕が良い硬さで、ダブルベッドの窮屈さがなくて、寝やすかった。

Cons:

スマホの充電が遅かったです。

Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay that offered great value.
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tokyo, thanks to its excellent location and close proximity to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, and overall, the experience felt like it was worth far more than what I paid for the room.

Cons:

The only downside was the bed, as the mattress was not very comfortable.

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が親切丁寧。

Cons:

ベッドの上の中央付近に、黒くて細い髪の毛？糸くず？が３本落ちていました。
私はあまり気にしない質なので自分で捨てて問題無かったですが、気にする方だった場合、不快に思われるかも知れないと思いました。
