Pros:

Staff especially that one Front staff from Egypt. Bravo !!!
He speaks fluent english and is very friendly. Remembers every detail of my stay, I was very impressed. He gave a good guide around the idea and his energy is charismatic. Props to him !!

楽しい思い出をありがとう
Pros:

男性風呂が使えない代わりに無料送迎で、私も温泉に連れて行ってくれた。
食事が美味しかった。迷惑かけたからと、返金2000が嬉しかった。食事でほうじ茶が欲しいと即応じてくれた
