奈良に行くならココに泊まります。
Pros:

徒歩5分以内に居酒屋やレストランが複数あり、観光地にも便利な場所。朝食もとても美味しかった。チェックインの際に喫煙ルームに変更して欲しいと希望したところ、快く新しいお部屋を用意して下さった。お風呂も広くて最高でした。
コスパも最高です。

We won’t be staying again; nor recommending the hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The onsen is the problem. The information on booking.com and on the hotel website states “pleas be aware that we allow people with tattoos to use the onsen”. Which is a pretty clear warning to people who don’t like tattoos, explaining that tattoos are ok in the onsen.

Actually. They aren’t. You have to cover them with a sticker. Which if you have one small one. Is ok. But not if you just cannot cover the tattoos that you have. In that case; you can’t use the onsen. The onsen is really the only reason to stay in the Nara Royal hotel. So. I think the information on booking.com needs changing. I have complained to the hotel about this, but got no reply. Hence my reviews.

お部屋が良かった！
Pros:

家族3人で泊まると大体は１つが簡易ベッドになるけれど広いお部屋にきちんとしたベッドが3台置かれていて大変嬉しかったです。
大浴場の温泉も良かったので気持ちの良い旅ができました。感謝です。

Cons:

古いホテルをリノベーションして綺麗になってましたがロビーのソファが傷んでる箇所があり、残念でした。
ロビーはホテルの顔ですので直された方が良いと思いました。
