Pros:

Tiện nghi, ăn sáng rất ngon, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình.
Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình .

Cons:

Nếu bạn có quá nhiều đồ, bạn sẽ phải tự lấy xe đẩy hành lý và chuyển đồ lên phòng. Nhân viên hỗ trợ ở cửa khách sạn chỉ chỉ chỗ lấy xe mà thôi.
Một khách sạn 4 * không nên như vậy

We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked.
Pros:

Locatiin for nara was okay but the surrounding area was not nice.

Cons:

Restaurants close early in the hotel and we found out they were fully booked and would not accept 2 people for dinner...

ブッフェも至れり尽くせりで美味しかったです

Cons:

夜のお風呂終了時間を把握してなかったこちらが悪いのですが、お客様が入れない事に対して残念そうにして頂けない感じが残念でした　終わりなんで　とだけ　夜の受付の中年男性でした
朝の終了時間も、スタッフが更衣室で待ち構えてる感じがプレッシャーですし、こちらは裸ですので、あまり気分はよくないです

急な予定変更で取ったホテルだから仕方がないか(^_^)。
Pros:

スタッフの対応は良かったです。問い合わせにもとても良く対応して頂きました。

Cons:

部屋には小さな窓が一つだけ有り、その窓に密着して隣の建造物が迫っていた。景色も部屋の価値の一部と考えているので残念でした。その様な部屋である事を予約時に知らせておくべきである。騙された感じがして悔しい、予め承知していればこんな気持ちにならないのに残念。予約サイトの不誠実さによったものかも知れないが。風呂場の設備が古過ぎる。掃除は行き届いていたがもうリフォーム或いはメンテナンス時期を過ぎている。お節介を言うと、メンテ費用とリピーター獲得益を比べてみると良いのでは？私はもう一度泊まろうとは思いません。
