Auberge du Brand und Turckheim haben einen Ehrenplatz in unserem Jahreskalender!
Pros:

Die Auberge du Brand ist ein hübsches kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Turckheim. Turckheim selbst ist eine kleine Ortschaft im Elsaß, die nicht vom Massentourismus überlaufen ist. Manon, die Chefin des Hauses, ist eine sehr apparte, überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende junge Dame, die den Gästen ein ehrliches Gefühl des Willkommenseins schenkt. Ehemeann und Küchenchef Luc zaubert in der Küche kulinarische Kunstwerke, die allein eine Reise nach Turckheim wert sind. Unsere Empehlung daher: Unbedingt auch im Restaurant der Auberge essen! Direkt nebenan im Restaurant La Table du 12 wird ebenfalls auf großartigem Niveau gekocht, so dass man in Turckheim ein tolles kulinarsiches Wochenende verbringen kann. Sowohl die Auberge als auch das La Table bieten zudem 3-Gänge-Mittagsmenüs für 28 bzw. 25 Euro an, was gemessen an der gebotenen Qualität sensationell ist. Für beide Restaurants sollte man aber unbedingt vorher reservieren, da sich deren Top-Leistungen offenbar herumgesprochen haben. Wem das dann noch nicht genug Kulinarik ist, der bekommt schräg gegenüber in der Patiesserie Carl sensationelle Croissants und diese wunderschönen, leckeren kleinen Törtchen. Wir empfehlen für den Aufenthalt zudem einen Besuch in den Probierstuben von Alphonse Meyer und der Cave de Turckheim. Denn schließlich werden in Turckheim und Umgebung auch edle Tropfen angebaut. Wer einen großartigen Dessertwein sucht und nicht die unverschämten Sauternes-Preise bezahlen will, bekommt z.B. bei Alphonse Meyer eine Gewurztraminer-Spätlese, die sich vor keinem guten Sauterne verstecken muss.

Lohnt sich für einen Abstecher kurz vor, Colmar, wunderbar!
Pros:

Eine wunderbare und sehr freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld, sehr bemüht auch deutsch zu sprechen, wirklich wunderschönes Idyll, mitten in der Altstadt von Turckheim 😍

Sdb inondée après la douche. Une protection vitrée plus grande aurait été plus pratique.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Ort ist toll, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, alles war sehr sauber und wohnlich.
Außergewöhnlich ist vor allem das Restaurant mit exquisiter Küche. Unbedingt einen Tisch für ein Menü reservieren! Auch das Frühstück ist top!

Pros:

Tout était bien, le personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner composé de produits frais. Une chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Pros:

La situation géographique au cœur du village est très sympa.
Le restaurant était super, plats élaborés délicieux, cadre du resto agréable.
La patronne est souriante et attentionnée.

Cons:

Chambre très petite avec peu de rangement.
Environnement hyper bruyant, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la salle de resto en bas et dans la rue. Nuisances sonores importantes parfois jusque tard, nuits très mauvaises, dommage!
Petit déjeuner bon mais trop basique. Confitures industrielles, pas top.

Super Lage im historischen Ortskern. Alle Restaurants und Cafés blitzschnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang.
Saubere Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz.

Cons:

Raumduft im Treppenhaus etwas zu intensiv (einfach zu viele Fläschchen mit Stäbchen gleichzeitig im Einsatz)

Pros:

Zum Frühstück gab es nur dunkle Körnerbrötchen und Gebäck. Nicht mal Baguette, und das in Frankreich.
Wenn man noch etwas Milch haben wollte, gab es, aber nur kalt.
