Wouldn't visit again
Pros:

Location and decent shower.

Cons:

Bed was awful. Room was opposite the entrance to corridor so noisy. TV wasn't even opposite bed and couldn't be tilted so struggled. Basic for the price. Breakfast was basic food and could tell it wasn't the best and they had opted for the cheap beans etc. adult hotel but there was a child there having breakfast!

Dire.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The smell of body odour, a lack of food at breakfast, a lack of plates and cutlery, no staff on hand to assist with anything. Lame excuses to everything and a refusal to accept any responsibility.

A comfortable room with good service in the centre of Brighton.
Pros:

Very comfortable with an optional heater. There is a fridge, which is nice. Kettle and tea making equipment. Room service on demand. This was one of several repeat visits.

Overall a good experience
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, good value for the price and the location is ideal in the city centre.

Cons:

The TV was placed above the desk, so the bed was diagonal to it, which made watching a bit awkward.

WORST Hotel we've ever stayed in, we won't be going back even if still on the Web.
Pros:

pleasant reception staff.

Cons:

Breakfast nightmare, nothing left at 9.45 except a few soggy beans. NO bread, fruit juice, milk or hot food, basically
nothing and staff saying there is nothing left, food or drink .

Decent cheap stay
Pros:

Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. We got availability last minute before the Brighton Half Marathon. You get what you pay for and considering the price, I thought it was a really decent stay. Bed was comfy, it came with breakfast included, had a nice hot shower.

Cons:

We were barely in the room so don’t have many negatives for the hotel. For future guests, parking is not included (although not many places in Brighton offer parking). We parked at Regency Square and for the whole weekend it was £52. There also wasn’t a TV in the room and breakfast was very limited but perfect if you’re not that fussed.
