Room kept in good conditions, staff was welcoming, luggage storage if needed, breakfast included.
Mattress and pillow condition, no AC, only a fan.
The location
I didn’t think our room was clean enough as the bedding had a huge hole in it I told the guy at reception he wasn’t too fazed by it. The sheet didn’t look clean at all. We laid on the towels to sleep on as they looked clean.
We asked for another fan as it was so hot and was told if somebody don’t check in then we could have another one. Not good customer service

Great location, decent breakfast and value for money
When we checked in the guy on the desk told us Electricity was free! Wasn’t sure if he was joking- if not do other hotels in Brighton charge.
It was good location very central
It was not about the staff — they were nice and friendly. My concerns were more about the hotel itself: the bed was uncomfortable, the rooms felt stuffy, the corridors had an unpleasant smell, and the breakfast was very poor

Lovely staff, right in the centre of brighton, big room well equipped and nicely decorated, good bathroom and easy check in!
