They upgraded my room for free as the room I booked was unavailable. Room was huge and amenities were great. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was really basic, not worth it. Better off going out for breakfast so many options close by.

Amazing gardens and 2 swimming pools, very comfortable apartments, excellent service and good location, away from the busy part of the city but still central located. 10 min walk from Monkey forest.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with a lovely Balinese atmosphere that made the stay truly relaxing. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive. When there was a power outage, they handled the situation professionally and quickly arranged our transfer to a newer hotel, which we really appreciated. Overall, great service and a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

There was a rainfall shower in the bathroom, with no option to use a handheld shower.

Für den Preis absolut lohnenswert
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, eingewachsene schöne Anlage mit großem Pool. Die Bungalows bzw Zimmer sind schon älter, aber sauber. Die unteren Zimmer haben etwas modrig gerochen, aber ich konnte sofort ein oberes Zimmer mit großem Balkon beziehen.
