Das Bad floß nicht schnell genug ab und scheint verstopft zu sein. Das müsste man sich anschauen.
Good central location yet you will need a scooter or to use the grab app and catch scooter rides to where you want to get to. Forget taxi’s unless late at night or super early. Staff were lovely and helpful and the two pools were a welcome refresh on hot days. Beds were soft and comfortable. Bathrooms were passable and decent enough, some fixtures need maintenance.
It is a quiet spot and the cows in the field added to the tranquil feel.
The restaurant didn’t have a lot on the menu when we tried to have lunch. The Lunch we did have was of a decent quality though.
The room floors were sticky, either the product used to mop or water from a used mop. When we turned the AC off there was a foul smell in the room that dissipated over 3 days.
Very peaceful and quiet . Not really an ubud expert , but seemed like a great location to me . Was happy.
The rooms were beautiful clean and spacious but bedding was very firm and pillows way too high and not to MY liking .
I really liked the kind staff working at the Artini Bisma. Especially the receptionist Eka was super friendly and kind. She always welcomed me and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. All the staff do their upmost best to make you feel comfortable and safe during your stay. The hotel is beautiful and the location is just perfect.

Good location just outside the busy area. Plenty of restaurants, massage and shops around but still quiet. Bed was good and aircon silent, once you find the right settings. Pool was nice with views but sun beds quite sturdy.
The sheet on my bed wasn’t clean, it had multiple stains, even blood. It was late at night and I wanted to sleep so I put a towel on it. When I complained about it the next morning they apologized and it was changed right away.
Also, don’t book your driver here, way overpriced. They said it would be 700k to Sidemen whereas the taxi service right next door only charges 400k.
Breakfast not great but plenty of options nearby.
