Bali beautiful hotel
Pros:

This hotel is incredibly beautiful with 2 pools, lots of nature and a view of a rice field. The room I was in was massive with a beautiful bath, WiFi was a bit slow in the beginning but got better, good for work and video calls. The staff were really friendly and cleaning was done daily. This place felt like Bali. Also very peaceful due to it being away from the main road.

Cons:

The bathroom had a musky wet smell. I'm used to it as this is a typical South East Asia smell so it didn't bother me that much. The small fridge overheated but got fixed as soon as I mentioned it. The bedding and towels don't get changed throughout your stay hence I had to ask them to change them after a few days of being there. They gladly did so. The place is a good kilometer away from the main strip which took a lot of walking but there are some other restaurants on the strip or Grab bike is really fast and cheap to get around. The hotel doesn't provide laundry service hence sent me to the closest laundry place about 50m up the road to drop off and collect after 24 hours. I'll come back to this hotel though... It's beautiful!

I had a negative experience during my stay at Artini Bisma.
Pros:

I appreciated how quickly the staff responded whenever I requested something from room service, such as an iron. They were very helpful and attentive in that regard. However, when I asked for a weighing scale, I was told that the hotel did not have one.

Cons:

I actually chose this hotel based on my driver’s recommendation. When I saw that it was rated 4 stars on Booking.com, I made the reservation immediately without reading the reviews carefully. Unfortunately, I really regret that decision.

The most disturbing issue was the strong damp, musty and moldy smell coming from the bathroom and throughout the room. The smell was so intense that it even absorbed into the clean clothes I had packed in my suitcase. Even the pillows and duvet had a noticeable damp and moldy smell, and unfortunately, the smell even transferred onto my pajamas. When I put my head on the pillow, I would immediately feel congested and start coughing. Especially when I returned to the room at night, the smell was much more noticeable and uncomfortable.

I stayed for three nights and, since I was already tired of moving from one hotel to another, I decided to tolerate it. Otherwise, I honestly would have considered changing hotels.

I also don’t think the hygiene standards were sufficient. The inside of the electric kettle was heavily covered with limescale, to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. On my first day, I had a drink in the room, and even though housekeeping came the next day to tidy up, the used glass was still left exactly where I had left it.

The breakfast was another disappointment. When I opened the containers at the buffet, I noticed flies flying around and landing on the food. This made me uncomfortable, so I decided not to eat breakfast.

I stayed in Room 207, and after experiencing the issues during my stay, I went back and read the reviews more carefully. I was surprised to see that several other guests had mentioned similar problems with the same room. Looking back, I honestly wish I had left the hotel after the first night.

Dann wollten sie noch unbedingt dass wir schon am Vorabend der Abreise bezahlen. Offenbar dachte man wir pellen einfach... Hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war deutlich unterdurchschnittlich und umständlich. Ich wollte mehrere essen bestellen und die Dame hat mich belehrt und alles gestrichen. War sehr unschön.
Das eine Zimmer war extrem muffig weil das Badezimmer keinerlei Lüftung hatte... Geht gar nicht.
Standard minimal und das Licht über dem Bett wie in einem OP Saal.
