good location, there is a convenience near by and quite a few SPAs

Cons:

it is not the cheap hotel in the area, but very dirty room, and they have the worst WiFi I ever had in lombok

they have a sign in the room saying that they are upgrading their facility and other things, but there’s no excuse for poor cleanness

It was central and the pool was clean

Cons:

There was a mess up with our room and they put us in the ring ones, this meant there was an issue with breakfast and after sorting it out we still go
Questioned. Water from shower ran brown sometimes and no one spoke English and one or two words so talking to the staff was extremely difficult

Oase di tengah Mataram
Pros:

Benar-benar garden hotel. Luas dgn tanaman yg asri. Seperti oase di tengah kota. Kolam renang mantab. Ada 2 dgn ukuran cukip bagus utk renang beneran. Kamar luas dan lega.

Bangunan sudah kelihatan tua, tp tdk masalah sih.
