Pros:

Un accueil irréprochable, tourné vers l’attention au client.

Cons:

Une chambre très agréable avec terrasse et vue sur le port.
Hélas le bruit est très présent, passage de voiture, bateau. Heureusement la nuit reste calme et n’empêche pas un bon sommeil.

Perfect location. We were holidaying as 3 generations to celebrate my Mum's 85th birthday. The staff were amazing when my Mum had a bit of a 'Dementia Episode' one morning - they were helpful and understanding and created a solution for us that was excellent.

Excellent hotel in a fabulous location with great staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in the very heart of the town, located across the road from the ferries and the local bus stops. Our junior suite was very spacious and comfortable in a classical Italian style, in keeping with the historic nature of the hotel. Our room qualified us for free entry to the onsite spa facilities which were excellent. The staff were all very helpful although we didn’t all speak the same language, we always managed. Of course, there was one member of the team who spoke fluent English and ensured our stay was as good as the hotel hopes for all their guests.

Cons:

All of the rooms had shutters on the windows which the housekeeping staff always closed, for good reason of course, the heat is kept away during the day and the street noise at night. However, opening them does take a little getting used to and you do need three hands at times, but the staff will help if you ask. Although the bathroom is very modern and always kept very clean the shower is rather small, if, like me you are very tall and large, but we managed.

No I would not stay again

Location right at water side .really nice .

Cons:

Asked if possible for double bed-where I had to pay extra 165€but then got given disabled room,where layout was awful.
And there was some sensor lights what was flashing really bright at night.
No restaurant or bar in hotel.
So kind of disappointing.

وامام محطه العباره والبواخر

الطلات يغطيها الأشجار السرر عير مريحه وطبقه واحده من الشراشف عليها
وقدم الفندق ..الموظفين حاولي المساعده لطفين لكن الفندق قديم لا يكرر ولا انصح به .
