Very pleasant overnight stay with a lake view
Pros:

Free pick up from the train station. Great location right on the lake and across the road from the ferry terminal. Lots of advice about places to eat, plenty within walking distance.

I loved this hotel in the center of Desenzano. Cute little town on lake garda. The breakfast was delicious and staff super friendly. Had a checkin at 2 pm but arrived super early and they accomodate me to take the room at 10 am which was fantastic.

Cons:

I thought the bikes in photos were free but you have to pay for them. I also thought the swimming pool was free but it was part of the spa package so have to pay for that

Loved the location and the room was a great size. We had great service with the car and anything we needed from reception.

Cons:

I didn’t like the limited breakfast selection. We have stayed in numerous properties which offer breakfast as part of the payment for the room. There is more that can be offered. I had to return rotten/bruised fruit to the staff from the open fruit bowl on two occasions. The air in the reception area had a sewage/stale smell about it.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, przemiły i pomocny personel. Fantastyczne śniadanie i pyszna kawa! Darmowy transfer na stację kolejową był cudownym zaskoczeniem :) Z przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie!

The breakfast staff were excellent and the room was huge and well decorated. The position was good.

Cons:

The exterior was tired and reception staff although pleasant, not as welcoming as you expect. The partner bar was adequate. We were thoroughly annoyed that the bar had been turned over entirely to World Cup football 'every game', every day' and basically if you didn't like it there was something wrong with you. A big storm damaged the power supply on the first night - not their fault - but it didn't seem to affect all the hotel so as we were unable to wash until 4.00p.m. why weren't we offered temporary access to a different facility? We had a lake view balcony which went some way to mitigate the bar, however the lake view was spoilt by being next to a run down building and directly over a car park area. If just having a Spa is the reason for it's 4 star rating then it is wrong. The breakfast staff were the high point. The breakfast provision, mediocre. Very over rated and over priced.

Overpriced and definitely not a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is highly overpriced and the bedrooms are definitely not 4 star. While the hotel is in a prime location there are far better deals elsewhere.

Cons:

They could at the very least at 248 euro per night allow the use of the pool and other facilities. To charge customers further is a complete rip off.

Highly recommend this hotel as all staff members do their best to make sure you have a nice stay.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The airport pickup was seamless and a great start to our holiday.

What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, and everything was very well maintained.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality—we highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

A gorgeous hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We stayed in June 2026

This hotel is all about the location. It’s right on the water front and overlooks the harbour. We spent many happy hours watching the world go by either from our balcony or sat having a drink downstairs. The view over the lake is just stunning.

Waiting staff are super helpful and very friendly.

Ron was impeccably clean and a really good size (we had a triple room even though there were only two of us).

Breakfast is a well stocked buffet. The bistro serves until 3pm, but there are plenty of restaurants within a 3 minute walk.

There isn’t an outdoor pool, so if it’s a bit of sun worshipping you’re after, you’ll be disappointed!

Cons:

The indoor pool mentioned in the description is part of the spa facilities and chargeable.

The balcony is just big enough for two small chairs and a table.
