Pros:

Lage zur Uber Arena ist unschlagbar. Personal sehr freundlich Abwicklung von Anliegen sehr schnell und problemlos. Tiefgaragenplatz war auch gut. Man muss erst einchecken bevor man in dort reinfahren kann.

Cons:

Kein USB Anschluss im Zimmer, man braucht einen Stecker zum laden. Betten könnten etwas härter sein. Frühstücksbuffet ausbaufähig, nur harte Eier, Brötchen nicht knackig, mehr so Semmelfeeling, aber Geschmackssache. Käseauswahl ausbaufähig. Beim 4 Sterne Hotel sind die Erwartungen eben etwas höher. Das soll die Auswahl nicht schmälern, die war ok.

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat noch feuchtem Keller gerochen, man konnte das Fenster durch eine Sperrung nicht ganz öffnen, es gab keine minibar und keine Bademäntel, allgemein etwas wenig Hygiene Artikel, der fernster war extrem klein und hatte kein Signal geschweige den Smart TV Apps. Der Boden war runtergenommen. Auslege Teppich und dunkle Keller Fliesen. Wir würden für den Preis definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

Pros:

the stuff was lovely and helpful. Cleaning was great too but air condition wasnt working at all. the stuff helped to changed my room but the other one wasnt also working. it was very hot no air in the room not acceptable!
